This comfortable 2bd/2bath condo offers room for the family or a couples retreat. Relax on your own private lanai and take in wonderful garden views.

As you enter you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan! The kitchen has been nicely updated and is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal.

The living area is welcoming and a great place to kick your feet up and relax after exploring all Maui has to offer. Complete with Flat screen TV and window AC unit.

Primary bedroom features King bed for the perfect night's rest. Complete with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit and en suite bathroom.

Guest bedroom offers the perfect set up with two full beds, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit and en suite bath.

Full size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping with resort style amenities that include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants, World's Top Beaches and Five Star Hotels.

Please Note: This unit is on the top floor. There is no elevator at Grand Champions.
The Lanai furniture was updated in 2023. There is no longer an umbrella on the lanai.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.


Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Excellent location and quiet condo

We are familiar with Wailea area and first time stay at Grand Champions.
Facility are bit old, however it is clean and comfortable.
During our stay we faced some issue on fridge leakage but that was fixed by specialist in a day. And deck parasol could not fit on installed pole.
Also bath tab were not there even it was written.
Overall we have enjoyed during our 10 days stay with shopping. Golf and restaurants nearby.

Girls getaway

Overall the place was very comfortable and clean. However, the lanai was disappointing. The listing showed a very nice patio dining set and comfortable chairs as well as an umbrella for 4 people. However, the set that was there was terrible - it was small, uncomfortable and could not seat more than 2 people. When we reached out to ask about it (as the lanai was one of the main reasons we picked this place), they said they would look into it but then never got back to us. Disappointing for sure!

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying at Grand Champions 130. Communication was easy and clear from the very beginning. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. I loved the location of this unit/property in Wailea and I would definitely consider Gradn Champions again if and when I come visit Wailea.

GREST PLACE TO STAY

We finally went on Vacation after 3 years (2 years during COVID)
We were so looking forward to it and this Condo did not disappoint!
First it was Spotlessly clean, which gave us such peace of mind
It was really nicely decorated & loved that they had two double beds in the second bedroom !!!
Comfortable beds & beautiful bathrooms.
Great kitchen w large fridge.
Balcony had a Great view looking over gardens and view of ocean .
Every morning we would wake to the beautiful sound of birds singing.
Great parking space beneath a great big shady tree ����
I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect stay in Paradise

I booked the condo at Grand Champions for a vacation with two of my girlfriends. The location and the apartment were both absolutely perfect! The manager of the property answered ALL of my questions, in a timely manner. It was quiet and safe within the community that we stayed, but was within walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and hotels. You could also see the ocean from the lanai. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities you need.

South Maui Gem

I would highly recommend staying at Grand Champions! Very convenient location to golf and beaches. Our 7 year old loved the pool too. The unit was very well appointed and comfortable. They had some local guide books on snorkeling that we used and the customer service was outstanding. They found some of our clothes after checking out and are shipping them to us! Would definitely stay here again!
