Incredible Renovation! Kick back and relax on your own private lanai and take in wonderful garden views, with some ocean and mountain views. Feel the wonderful trade winds and take in the aroma of the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. This spacious two-bedroom unit in the Grand Champions Villas comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home.
The Primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with an amazing walk-in shower! The secondary bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request and an ensuite bathroom. Ground floor access makes trips to and from the beach, golf course, tennis courts, and pool a breeze!
Location! Location! Location! The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping and amenities include two pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, world's top beaches, and five-star hotels.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic stay. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore Maui, making their home base Wailea. I’ve stayed at Grand Champions multiple times, and just love the area.

Maui Getaway
Family spring break vacation was great. The rental had everything we needed. Really appreciated the beach chairs and made drink cooler available for our use. Management company responded quickly to a few minor items.

Grand Champions condo in Maui
The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well-maintained. There were a couple of small issues that came up, but CBIP Vacations was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The condo was in a perfect location, that met our needs. I highly recommend Grand Champions and CBIP Vacations. Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Beautiful home in a prime location

This is our third time staying in the Grand Champions area and loved our stay at this home. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a really nice touch too! Would highly recommend.

Grand Champions Maui Stay
The condo was great. We always enjoy staying at Grand Champions as it is a quick walk to several great beaches and is in a quiet spot. The beds were comfortable and the unit is very quiet. This unit faces the tennis club but the hedge of bushes makes it very private. We ate our meals on the lanai every day.
The floors in this unit are tile making it easy to keep clean and cool to walk on. Well set up kitchen with a newer stove and refrigerator but note that we didn't find a coffee grinder (bring ground coffee) The unit was very clean. CBI did a great job managing the rental.

GC 139

This 2/2 condo is the perfect fit for any family. We were a family of 3. Both bedrooms have its own bathroom and A/C unit. The layout flows very nicely. Convenient to walk to get coffee in the morning at Akamai or down to the Shops at Wailea. We loved it here and would come back anytime.

Maui Wedding Stay
We came to Maui for friends' wedding and had a wonderful time. The rental was largely as described, clean, and well-maintained. On the fourth day of our stay, we noticed a hot water problem. I called property management and they were on it immediately and had it fixed promptly.
Besides the wedding and all the activities surrounding it, I can say that our lunch at Monkeypod was extraordinary. Breakfast a Five Palms was excellent as well. It's true what they say -- there's nothing like a Mai Tai in the islands.
We also were at the beach at sunrise two consecutive days to watch the whales. We were rewarded with an amazing show.
I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This condo was exactly what we had expected, check-in was a breeze and we loved the key less entry. Wailea is a beautiful place to stay and the condo is minutes away from the beach. The only thing that I would wish we had were bedroom doors that didn't have slats, and curtains in the room that aren't just for decoration but that we could use to build a little more privacy, and darkness in the family and I loved the vibe of the condo they thought of everything, we had coffee and hair dryers and any beach equipment available for use that you could ask for. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice week in Grand Champions 139

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Champions 139. The unit is a bit dated and the décor is a bit "busy" for our taste. The unit had everything we needed (dishes, towels, etc), was a nice layout, the beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and it is a great location in Wailea. We walked to the Shops at Wailea every morning for coffee. It is a great location and is about under30 minutes walking distance to most restaurants, shops, beaches in Wailea. The only downside was the location backing the tennis courts...we could hear activity there all day long so sitting out on our deck was not as peaceful as it could be in a unit in a different location. Dealings with the property manager were easy and any questions answered promptly via e-mail.

Wailea stay
Overall very positive. Am elaborately decorated and comfortable unit, and amazingly well equipped kitchen. The Lanai was a bit cramped and was very hot mid-day since the awning was not available to guests. No stairs to access the unit which was convenient; on the downside, no ocean views.

A great stay!

This was our third trip to the Grand Champions complex, by far this was the best unit we stayed in. The apartment was well stocked (even though a kettle would have been nice! Being a Brit we like our tea!). The bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone for a stay in Maui.
