Spacious condo near all that Wailea has to offer! Beaches, tennis, golf, shopping, and dining all within a mile. This 2 bedroom lock-off is a great choice for families and couples traveling together to Maui.
Unique opportunity to have separate spaces for each couple. This 2 bedroom condo features a one bedroom as well as a studio space with its own lock-off door and entrance. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bedroom nearest the front door has a plush queen bed, TV, and the bathroom has a large vanity area for getting ready and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom functions as a studio with a separate entry from outside and features a Cal King bed, its own TV, and a bonus mini fridge. This room also has access to the lanai. The en suite bathroom for the studio space has a tub as well as a walk-in shower. AC units and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
The open living area is just off both bedrooms. Entertainment space has comfy couch and chair seating with added sleeping space for 2 on the pullout sleeper sofa. AC, ceiling fan, and TV round out the conveniences. Huge floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to the large covered lanai that is surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Enjoy morning coffee and evening meals at the dining table set for 4. An added lounge chair is excellent for afternoon naps.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals prepared at home. Full-size appliances, plateware, cookware, and service tools and gadgets all supplied during your stay. Additional amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and a washer and dryer in the unit. If you are looking for a perfect getaway in paradise, this is it!

DONT MISS OUT!!!

11/10 recommend!!! Our stay felt like we were on a resort, yet in a home away from home. We had everything we needed that you would find in our own homes and then extra amenities that made our trip even better like beach towels and chairs. The unit was perfect as we traveled with another couple and it felt like each couple had their own personal suite. The place was clean, spacious, and the check-in/check-out process is so smooth. AC units in each room made for a comfortable stay and we even found ourselves turning them off because the ceiling fans did the job. No bugs!!! Parking is right outside as well as the refuse center to ensure we were able to dump our garbage and keep the unit bug free. The area is beautiful with walkable distance to coffee shops and a mall. Would book again!!!

Excellent condo. Well stocked with everything and the two bedrooms were very nice. The master bedroom had a microwave and refrigerator (great touch). Quiet bottom floor unit and close to pool and bbq. Would definitely rent again.

We loved the unit except it was lacking in a few kitchen items. There were no teaspoons at all and only a few coffee cups (2 giant cups) and three other. The owner may need to restock coffee cups and supply spoons. Otherwise, everything else was just fine.

Great stay!
Perfectly appointed for our party. We had the king suite and the adult kid couples stayed in the queen suite and hidabed. The setting was quiet and both pools were close by. Each pool had hot tubs. We were within a 10 min stroll to the shops at wailea and the beaches in front of the fancy hotels with a nice walking path. The beach gear came in very handy. We did not have an umbrella but that's ok.

Given the time of year, this rental provided good value for dollar. The bathrooms were nice except the fan in the main bathroom was non-functioning. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but could use a few things like a proper salad bowl and salad tongs. The lanai was nice and big but opens up to the property smoking area which isn’t appealing when you’re trying to eat outside. It may be a problem for people with asthma or allergies to cigarette smoke. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

The rental unit itself and surrounding area were fantastic. Luscious flowers and greenery throughout the space. The unit itself was very comfortable, great decor, and had everything we needed for the duration of our stay.

Well maintained resort suite
The suite was beautiful decorated and very clean. It had everything we could need. There were two pools. It was easily accessible to many great restaurants, shopping and beaches.

Extended stay in wailea

The rental was as advertised. A bit dated but everything worked. We had a few minor issues which were corrected quickly. Being ground floor, the unit is fairly dark with no direct sunlight. However, because of this we didn't have to use the a.c. which was noisy. The location is excellent for Wailea. Short walk down the hill to the Shops, beaches, and happy hours at the resorts. Grand Champions is very well maintained with 2 pools and 6 BBQs for guests.

The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The location is in great proximity to shopping, dining and the beach. After arriving at unit 36, we were disappointed to learn the unit was located down a flight of stairs. One person in my family had recently had a knee replacement and the stairs made it very challenging to navigate up and down. In the description it states first floor and there is no reference to stairs. I would strongly suggest the profile be updated to ensure this does not ruin someone’s vacation if they have a disability that would prevent them from accessing the unit. The management group was called on for several matters and they were very attentive to any requests and acted in a timely manner. The unit was stocked well with towels, kitchen utensils, toys, chairs for the beach and a washer & dryer. The lanai is surrounded by beautiful vegetation and peaceful for such a large complex. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend it.

My family of 4 had a very pleasant stay at our condo rental. The condo was well equipped and great for a family of 4. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and minutes drive to the beach. The pool areas were nice and well kept. We missed having a view but other than that everything was great!
