As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully appointed living area, designed with your comfort in mind. Relax on the plush furnishings while enjoying breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the resort’s lush grounds.
The condo features a full equipped gourmet kitchen complete with high-end appliances, granite countertops, Nespresso machine, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Dine al fresco on the private lanai where you can savor your meals while soaking in the mesmerizing sunset over the ocean. State of the art Nano doors seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living creating a captivating space that invites the beauty of Maui right into your home. A granite breakfast bar provides additional seating to enjoy quick meals before getting ready to explore. Two large dining tables for six are featured for more formal meals, one in the unit and the other on the lanai.
After a day of exploring Maui’s stunning beaches and attractions, retreat to the comfort of the primary suite, featuring a sumptuous king size bed, wall mounted television and luxurious en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. Local organic bath products are featured in both suites. The guest suite is a mirror image of the master, currently set up with two twin beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. If preferred, the twins can be converted into a king to comfortably accommodate a second couple.
The Honua Kai Resort offers an array of amenities for guests to enjoy including three acres of aquatic pool networks, five hot tubs, waterfalls, lazy river, waterslide, and children’s area. Spend the day on the beach with four packable Tommy Bahama chairs and cooler. Fresh beach and pool towels are available at the kiosks throughout the day. Perfect place to celebrate Moms 80th=!!!

This resort was the perfect place for us to celebrate mom\'s 80th. The resort is a short walk to the beach. The amazing pools and friendly staff made daily use easy. Duke\'s restaurant is onsite for yummy dinner and atmosphere. The unit was stocked great for our daily cooking and laundry and beach toy/supply needs. The lanai was used daily for breakfast/coffee to start the day and watch the sunsets during dinner. The beds were super comfortable for a great night\'s sleep. The weather hit us with high tropical storm winds, so we got to spend a bit more time than usual which turned out to be very relaxing instead of on the go and we were thankful to have such a lovely place to enjoy. We will be back again for sure.

Vacation with a View

My wife and I had an amazing time in HK 310. From the modern dish ware and appliances, to the goodie basket with all kinds of Hawaiian snacks and coffee. Walking in the door we immediately knew we had made the right choice for our vacation. All the amenities made cooking easy, and we loved the lanai with the lounger chairs, beautiful views, and more a secluded feel being on the opposite side of the building from the pools. I couldn't recommend HK 310 enough!!!

NO BETTER PLACE than HOKULANI #310

Our family of 5 could not have found a better place to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. Very clean, well decorated & maintained condo. The teen boys enjoyed beds separated into twin beds and the pullout coach had a comfortable mattress also. The condo was beautifully stocked with high end dishes, glassware and small or large appliances. The management team responded quickly and fixed a broken latch on the driver door soon after we arrived. We loved the huge lanai and spent most of the time out there enjoying the lovely ocean view. We used beach, long walking/running path along the ocean, the pools, exercise room and Dukes restaurant. We appreciated the nice coolers & beach chairs. Best place for a great stay.

Vacay with friends

Perfect place to stay with two couples. Suite has 2 separate bed/bath spaces for perfect privacy with shared living, lanai, and kitchen. Excellent location to elevator for easy access to pool, bbq, and beach. Gorgeous location with manicured gardens, multiple pools, and access to beachside restaurants along walkable Oceanside path. Highly recommend for a relaxing and easy vacay with friends.

Winter vacation in paradise

It was cold and windy when we left Seattle .We arrived at # 310 everything was Nice and Sunny . The condo was just what we needed. We probably spent as much time outside on the deck as inside . We saw the sun come up and saw it set at night . We watched whales, oh boy did we see whales . The condo was so close to the beach we didnt miss a blowhole or whale breaching . Seriousl,y inside was immacualte and we had two dinners cooked with all the needed cooking items in house. One night we bbq outside near the pool and met some other nice people doing the same . Great location right in the middle of everything . If you need to get away and take a long walk on the sandy beach condo #310 is the place to go .

Wonderful Condo in Every Way!!

We had the BEST stay. Honua Kai Hokulani was the perfect location for everything we waned to do. The resort had amenities for our whole family which included adults, teenagers and a 9 year old. Close beach access, pools, a convince store and Duke's was delicious! The unit was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay including chairs and a cooler which we found to be an extra bonus. Such a wonderful stay in Maui!

Perfect

Highly recommend had everything I needed I felt very prepared was able to have groceries delivered to keep fridge stocked for my kids. Perfect view and loved opening glass slide doors to both living room and suite was very spacious my kids ages range from 1 1/2 to 22 loved the home and all had that own space. Very close to all walking distance to multiple beaches and pools coffe shop in lobby I highly recommend the home and coldwell banker was very professional and courteous

Fantastic Maui Condo
We had a great week staying at 310. The condo was ideal for our family of four. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was provided for, and the lanai is amazing: perfect views of the ocean. The condo was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the management were so quick to be helpful and answer any questions. We'd definitely come again and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Maui.

Perfect for Family

Great condo, even better property! Condo has tons of space with all the amenities you will need. Deck got tons of sun to hang out on while the kids napped.

Great family vacation
Just what we were looking for! A lovely apartment with amazing pools in a great location. Check in was a little wonky, we never got a text that our room was ready and didn’t get our door code, and cell phone service from the hall outside the door was patchy, but once we got inside, it was truly our dream vacation in Maui. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend!
We would definitely stay here again! The condo was beautiful— furniture and decor looked brand new. The place was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with all the basics. The unit was on 3rd floor, conveniently located between 2 elevators so easy access to front (reception/parking) or back (pool/beach). The property was very nice and we spent most of our time at the fun pools! The management company was very communicative and checked in during our stay (beginning and end). Thank you for a great stay!

Great rental that feels like home.
The home was cleaned, organized, and had all the essentials. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. The rental agency was attentive, considerate, and responsive. The location was awesome - next to the beach and perfectly situated around nice restaurants, beaches, and shops. Highly recommended.

Great condo!
The unit is fantastic and as described. It was clean and had a very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The manager provided great service. I would highly recommend.
My only recommendation would be better lighting in the bathrooms, a full length mirror in the unit and umbrellas for the beach.

Superb Property

From the moment we pulled up to the front of the property until the moment we left the property, everything could not have been any more excellent. The room itself was super spacious, really really clean, the appliances are up to date, and the views were just breathtaking. I can't wait to come back with my family. Honua Kai offers 6 swimming pools, including a children's pool with slide, fitness center, Day Spa, Aina Gourmet Market, Whaler's General Store and of course, Duke's Beach House. Once you arrive on property, you really don't ever need to leave, unless you want to explore Old Lahaina Town which is just a 15 minute drive away.
