This luxurious Ho’olei Villa is hotel-zoned, located in a gated community, and unaffected by recent proposed legislation—perfect for peace of mind and a worry-free Maui escape.
Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the villa features a spacious open floor plan that flows onto a private lanai with stunning ocean views. Enjoy al fresco dining, a large gas grill, and tropical breezes while watching the sunset. Inside, the top-floor living area opens to a gourmet chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar and premium appliances.
The villa comfortably sleeps the whole family:
Primary Suite (Lower Level): King bed, ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, walk-in closet, private lanai.
Second Suite (Lower Level): King bed, full ensuite, private lanai.
Guest Bedroom (Top Floor): Two full-size beds, private ensuite.
Extras include: central air, washer/dryer, private garage, covered carport, beach chairs, and towels.

Great Option

This unit and community was perfect for us. Outstanding views and easy access to beach and other close shops and restaurants. The community pool and gym were excellent as well. We had trouble getting the dryer to work but other than that we all agreed we would definitely come back again. Oh and we used the CB concierge to book a kayak/snorkel trip with the turtles - it was amazing.

Great property

The property is as described and comes well equipped, the rooms and space are very nice for being together but also separating. The bedrooms are good sized most beds are comfty except the room with the 2 queens the sleepers there said they felt they were sinking into the bed other beds were fine. The neighbors fed the stray cats outside the lower patios and the cats ended up sitting on the lower level patio furniture which made me not want to sit there which was fine since the upper lanai is the best view for sunset sunrise and ocean views. Walk to the beach was fine walking back to the condo uphill was a challenge for our oldest guest. Minor plumbing issue was resolved quickly and the communication was prompt and very efficient. Overall a great property and would stay here again! Mahalo!

Spectacular Sunsets

17 days wasn't enough. Third time staying at Ho'olei.
While we had a maintenance issue during our stay the management company, particularly Allison was on it immediately and couldn't have been more accommodating. Traveling with part of my family. My grandchildren loved the condo and the pool. my 7th time back to Maui and looking forward to my return. Next time with my other set of grandchildren.

Fantastic villa with amazing view

We stayed in August and loved the villa and the Ho'olei community. The villa was clean, well-appointed and a short walk to the pool and beach. The lanai and most rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Amazing Maui Property!
This is our second family vacation at Hoolei! The staff from CB Island vacations were so helpful and preparing for the trip and upon our arrival. The property is like no other with a very exclusive private pool and fitness center and walking distance to the wonderful Wailea beach path! We had many family dinners on the Lanai with outdoor kitchen With full view of gods majestic Pacific Sea! Make this a once in a lifetime or a frequent family getaway! Hoping to come back! 5 Stars all the way!

The accommodations were outstanding! The pool area was excellent for the children. The beach was a short walk away. The view fantastic. The rental contained everything we needed to cook-in and they even provided beach chairs/towels. The management team was very helpful and responsive in the planning stage-getting us successfully through the COVID hoops. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommended Stay

Our group really enjoyed this vacation rental. At first, we were hesitant because we wanted a beachfront property but because those options were very costly, we decided to give this rental a try and I am so glad we did. The living room/kitchen space is very open and large, the balcony had a wonderful view of the oceans. And everything that we needed for the few days was at the rental (including beach chairs, umbrellas, even toys for kids). That made the stay very convenient for us. The rental is also very close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, the beach! We would stay here again.
