Hoolei 21-3

This was my first time to Maui and staying at 21–3 was an experience I’ll never forget. This place is by far the nicest and most comfortable unit I’ve ever stayed at. There are so many things I love about this place. For starters it’s a gated community so you need a pass card to get in and out which makes it so safe to live in for the family. There is a private garage to park in which also has lockers containing beach toys and chairs for people of all ages, which means a lot when your time is short, so we didn’t have to waste time and money to go and buy some. All three bedrooms come with their own personal bathroom showers etc and there is also a bathroom on the main level. The pool table on the main level is also a nice added feature that we utilized. The kitchen area is second and it comes with no doubt more items that I have in my own house. It’s like a gourmet kitchen with everything at your fingertips, including dishes, cookware, etc. i’ll mention the balcony as well. There is so much room the barbecue, the fridge, the wooden table and chairs and the sofas made our time out there so enjoyable and to top it all off You have a great view of the ocean and sunset. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views, making the entire atmosphere peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Amenities were excellent, the pool was amazing for our kids. Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated clearly and checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

The best Airbnb I’ve been - really high end, right opposite wailea beach and all the hotels. Coldwell provided all the beach equipments we needed for a family of 5 people and 1 young baby infant. Also they are very reachable - any problem I can text and have it sorted by end of day. Would do it again really loved the stay.

Aloha! When we booked this stay, we were hoping for a nice place for our family of six to spend a week in Maui. What we arrived to TOTALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!From the second we walked in, we felt at peace and at home.The location in Wailea was incredible. Just a short walk down the hill to Wailea beach and the house provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which was great. And the resort-like pool area was very relaxing.The bedrooms were large and clean, with super nice en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was a great central location to hang out. And don\'t get me started on the two lanais, one off the two downstairs bedrooms (more private) and the huge one upstairs off the kitchen with a full dining setup, a BBQ and a seating area which became where we spent the majority of our time.Oh, and my son used his spare time to learn how to play pool on the pool table. Future shark on our hands!The communication with the host was INCREDIBLE, before, during and after the visit.We will definitely look to return. Highly recommend!

Stayed December 2024. This was a family vacation over the Christmas holiday (we arrived on Xmas day). We stayed for two full weeks and had a great time. The house was perfect size and had all of the needed amenities, and also a pool table! Walkable to the beach by the Grand Wailea, but the villas\' pool was just fine and a short walk away. Having a washer-dryer was very handy, didn\'t need to pack much. The kitchen is fantastic! As many dishes, cups, glasses, pots and pans we needed. Dishwasher worked find, though the bottom rack was a bit wonky to get in and out. We did a run to Costco on day 2 and got all we needed to cook for ourselves when we were not eating out. The Sub-Zero fridge is huge so we had no issues with keeping stuff cold. Stovetop worked pretty well and the retracting exhaust system is pretty cool. Televisions worked fine...with a DVD player attached to all of them (five sets). We were able to connect and stream effortlessly...wifi was very good. Plus we got late checkout!!!
