This villa is crafted for indoor-outdoor living, with stackable sliding glass doors that open to a private lanai. The primary bedroom is located on the lower level, offering a king bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. Step out onto your private ground-floor lanai with lounge chairs and ocean views! The second primary bedroom, also on the lower level, includes a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a guest bedroom provides two full beds with a private ensuite bathroom, and a powder room is conveniently located in the main living area.
This two-story townhome is equipped with central air conditioning, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, and a covered carport for an additional vehicle. Beach chairs and towels are provided for your trips to the beach or the property’s pool.
The Ho'olei property features a stunning pool area with a waterfall, grotto, sandy beach section for children, and two jacuzzies. Guests should use the beach towels provided in the villa at the pool. The property also includes a fitness center and a covered kitchen pavilion near the pool area. For added relaxation, poolside massages are available. This gated community offers 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
Beach access is located just across the street through the adjacent resort. While you can dine at the resort's restaurants and schedule spa appointments, please note that pool access at the resort is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa.

Already looking forward to next time

This is the second time my family has stayed in Ho\'olei 21-3. Staying here is the opposite of the typical experience of having to squeeze your family into hotel accommodations. It\'s literally probably bigger than our regular house. CB Island is a great host and I always look at their listings first when visiting the islands. Our family very much enjoys the spaciousness and luxury at Ho\'olei and the independence of being able to drive right up to your unit. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down through the resort to the beach path or to the Wailea shopping center. Our kids had a great time at the pool and the gym in the development is also very nice. Highly recommended!

Amazing!

This place is amazing!! We definitely want to come back. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach, the pool. We spend lots of time evenings on the patio upstairs. Nothing can beat the view and the sunsets.

Absolutely amazing

This property is absolutely amazing. We have stayed at several condos in Wailea and this was by far our favorite. The view was spectacular, the place has everything you would need to cook and the room sizes were perfect. It’s a little further walk across the street to the beach and you can’t use anything from the Wailea on the beach so we used the pool mostly. The pool was fantastic and we actually preferred it to beach anyways. The gym was also great and had everything we needed. We had the best vacation and were so luckily we found it through VRBO.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo!

From the first phone call to our last text to check out our experience with CB Island Vacations was perfect. They were very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns, it was also very nice to have someone present to show us the ins/outs of the condo. Our family enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous condo. We spent many hours sitting in the Lanai or with the doors open enjoying the views. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need to prepare a meal. The pool table was very nice to have in the condo, the kids learned how to play and we had a lot of fun spending quality time together. The location was convenient. Highly recommend this condo !

Spacious Condo with Everything We Needed

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids stay at Ho'olei 21-3 last week, and we all absolutely loved it.

The condo is even better than the pictures, and there were more amenities there than we even expected! We were happily surprised with the welcome snacks awaiting our arrival - the local treats and coffee were all delicious! We made good use of all the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys every day. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels for bath and beach, and we had everything we needed for laundry as well as cooking great meals in the condo. The fridge space was ENORMOUS. Two full refrigerators for all of our food! And the AC worked wonderfully - which was a nice relief after long days on the hot beach.

We had coffee and breakfast on the gorgeous lanai every day, and we all loved the pool and hot tubs. The pool area was even better than I had expected - we loved having picnic lunches in the food space, and we even made use of the nice gym while we were there! We also made sure to stop at the ice machines by the pool every morning and night to fill up all our water bottles with the "good ice". We had a wonderful stay.

Oh I also wanted to mention how great the communication was from the management company. Immediately after our plane landed, I got a message letting me know the status of the condo. They continued to keep me updated without prompting on whether or not we could check in early. They were up-front about minor issues they found during inspection (none of which were a big deal to us), and they called us immediately when the condo was ready for an early check in! We also got a phone call the following day asking how our first night in the condo went. I felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend this condo!

7 days in paradise

Our villa in Kihei was a perfect place for our family to celebrate our daughter’s 50th birthday! A beautiful home, well equipped and conveniently situated for everything we wanted. The host was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly. I highly recommend this property!

Pictures dont do it justice

beautiful place - so well furnished with all the functional bits working - and so many extras. Great kitchen - we arrived hungry and found complimentary snacks that really took the edge off. All the linens were top notch - so many nooks and crannies to get away - but plenty of room to gather as well. the pool area was so lovely and sparsely populated. Walked across the street to the beach and the sunset. Eight of us were all comfortable.

Amazing vacation!

We’ve taken our family to Ho’ Olei maybe 7 or 8 times, but I think 21-3 was the best so far. It was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful ocean view. But the main luxury that made this home stand out for us was the pool table. We had so much fun playing, joking and laughing while competing in family tournaments. We ate at some great restaurants, cooked our own wonderful meals, saw some amazing sights and spent a lot of fun times at the pool and beach!
We’d also like to thank Jessica at the management company for her attentiveness, concern and responsiveness to any needs or requests we had.

Amazing Views, Great Location

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo. It’s spacious and open with amazing views of the ocean, we enjoyed several sunset dinners on the patio. It was our first time in Maui and we really enjoyed the location. Wailea is a beautiful area and the condo is a short drive (or walk)to the beach (we just parked at the public beach rather than going through the hotel) The snorkeling right off the beach was great in the mornings.. There’s also a nice mall area nearby with nice shops and a grocery store. We also found a number of other good dining options within 5-15 minutes. The on-site pool and gym are very nice, we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day of exploring! We would love to return.

The perfect Maui stay.

Another great stay at Ho Olei. We have stayed before via the Hilton brand and thought we would miss the Grand Wailea amenities but the pool here is glorious and perfect for relaxing family time. Our villa was clean (my most important aspect) and comfortable and that view..... We will be back.

We had such a great time. The villa was perfect for the 6 adults in our party. Every room was decorated for relaxation and enjoyment. We all had private space to retire to, but the gathering areas were amazing. Having a kitchen where we could cook together was great! And the views were amazing. We also really enjoyed the pool that was available to us!

A quiet paradise in a perfect location!

If you're looking for the perfect getaway in the heart of it all but away from the rat race, this is it. The gorgeous lanai is so inviting with spectacular ocean views(and you can hear the waves at night!). The huge hotels across the street offer plenty of amenities if you want to be in the thick of things but then retreat back to your quiet oasis. The architects have brilliantly laid out each very large unit to offer plenty of privacy. The kitchen is so well appointed and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Just a gorgeous and luxurious space! The pool was amazing as much better than crowded hotel pools! Everything was so clean and groomed. Would definitely return!!

Great family home!

Ho'olei 21-3 is a wonderful, spacious home and we enjoyed our (too brief!) stay there. The location can't be beat . . . very convenient to beach, shopping and hotels, but just enough distance to feel like you're in a quiet retreat. The view is the best!!

Our Vacation in Hawaii

FABULOUS

This property was absolutely gorgeous and offered very clean, spacious and luxurious accommodations for our family. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool area and nice workout facilities. The very best part was the open lanai with an incredible view - every evening's sunset was breathtaking from our lanai. We loved having a garage to park our car in. Absolutely excellent in every respect. Great customer service from the property manager - prompt response and so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Awesome Stay, Best Views!

This villa was home to our family of 8 (four 20+ year olds, three 50+ yo, and one 90 yo grandma) for 10 days and to say it offered something for everyone is an understatement. We mostly hung out in the great room (family room, game room w pool table, kitchen & the lanai). It is very spacious and the hidden sliders totally gave it that indoor/outdoor living quality. The view is amazing and offered the beautiful maui sunsets and daylong enjoyment of the ocean views and wonderful Hawaiian breezes. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms had lots of counter space - super important for 7 women haha! There's two AC units (one for bedrooms, other for great room) which was perfect since these areas often needed different temperatures.

The resort amenities are great & a 2 min walk - pool, jacuzzi, gym. The location of the property is fantastic! Easily walk across the street to the beaches that run in front of the Wailea resorts. Super close to great snorkeling, access to the ocean activity stands along the Wailea walkway, super close to the other resorts for dining, and of course Kihei is 10 minutes away for a different type of Maui experience. Many great restaurants, activities within 15 minutes, and if you wanted to go to the other side of the island Paia its about a 30 min drive, and an hour to the north - Lahaina.

My only recommendation for this particular unit is to replace the upstairs lanai furniture as the rattan has seen a better day so the broken pieces can snag clothes and hurt your arms along the armrests. We used small pillows and blanket/towels to cover them up to solve the problem but I think for the longterm solution a new sofa/chair set would be awesome!

We rented through CB Homes and they were AMAZING to work with! Super responsive, great follow-up and generally very helpful and concerned to ensure we had a fantastic stay - which we did!!! We will be back for sure!! Mahalo to everyone who made our stay one of our best va

Wonderful Hawaiian week

The villa was very nice. It was only a short walk to Grand Wailea, shopping mall and the ocean. The pool in the villa area was also very nice, waterfall, hot tubs etc. would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to relax in Hawaii.

Great Family Vacation

Dream Vacation Home

We had such a great experience with Hoolei 21-3. The entire home had such a relaxing feel, from the lanai to the family area, down to the bedrooms. We found everything we needed to cook and have meals in the kitchen area. All the appliances and bathrooms were up to date, so it felt very luxurious. Check in instructions were simple and communication was quick and easy. Once we checked in guest relations called to make sure we were settled in well and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

We have stayed in Ho’olei several times-it never disappoints. A great location, view, condo, ’s all here! When we are at the condo we spend the majority of time on the lanai-there is plenty of room inside but enjoying the ocean view with morning coffee is wonderful. CBIP rental company was great to work with. We will return!

Excellent Experience!

Our stay at this Maui villa was excellent. The unit is a luxury experience with spacious,well-appointed rooms, kitchen, lanai and services. Our group of 5 adults was very comfortable and happy in the space. The view was a perfect start and end to every day. The location is very convenient to Wailea Beach (we donated 3 boogie boards for the enjoyment of future guests) and the pool with it's waterfall was very nice. We would confidentially return or recommend to friends and family. The couple of appliance issues we experienced were quickly resolved by very responsive and likeable staff.

Fantastic Home

The home is top notch first class. The place is clean and has everything u need and more. It was so nice to come home to this rental after long days at beaches or hikes or whatever we were up to. The kitchen is a true chefs kitchen and is stocked with every appliance, utensil, Pan, beverage glasses..more than enough to prepare/cook whatever you want. Location is excellent- u can easily walk to wailea beach and to the shops at wailea. Also the management responds to questions quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t find any cutting boards and within 15min, someone came
To drop off a few brand new wooden ones. Would definitively stay here again.

Awesome!

This place is a dream. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Think Tommy Bahamas (and the restaurant is just down the street).It is very well equipped for dining in but we chose to go out most nights. There are a large number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The resort's pool is beautiful and the gym is well equipped.The view is great, the location is great. I honestly can't say enough about the place. Loved it.

Ho'olei 21-3

The property description was completely accurate and the amenities are great with fantastic views and incredible sunsets. The Grand Wailea beach had easy access and the property pool is beautiful, clean with fully stocked spotless bathrooms.. The gym is top of the line. The outdoor lanai was perfect for all meals or just sitting and relaxing. It was spotless and well maintained and completely stocked. The pool table was a big hit and well used during the stay. Josh Rosen our management contact was extremely responsive to anything we needed.
The beaches close by are beautiful with lots of space. The Wailea mall close by has the best ice cream place in town called Lapperts and has great shopping. Fresh fruit stands are close by and you can rent mopeds for touring the island and nearby beaches. We are hoping to visit again next year.

Ho’olei 21-3

A wonderful time in a lovely unit. The only weird thing was that, for a unit that sleeps 8, the management company was very reluctant to give us four keys to it, citing the cost of replacing them if they became lost? Really? All of us stay at $125/night hotels where the receptionist ALWAyS asks how many keys/cards we’d like...and we go through this at an upscale three bedroom condo where we are paying more than a thousand dollars a night?

Other than that small complaint, it was fantastic!
