This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation.
This lovely villa is designed for indoor-outdoor living featuring sliding pocket doors that lead outside to the spacious private lanai. Take advantage of alfresco dining, cool tropical breezes, garden views, and a large outdoor gas grill.
Lounge on the lanai and sip on a tropical beverage while taking in the beauty of Maui. This accommodation includes a beautifully designed living area, modern furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances, a flat-screen television, and WiFi throughout. Easily transport your groceries and luggage upstairs with your own personal elevator located in your unit.
The Primary Bedroom is incredibly spacious and features a California King Bed, a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private lanai! The second Guest Bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a third guest bedroom with two queen beds, a private bathroom, and French doors leading out to a French balcony. The main living area also offers a half bathroom for guests to use.
This two-story townhome also features central air conditioning throughout, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, covered carport across the driveway for a second vehicle, beach chairs, and beach towels to use at the beach or at the property pool!
Ho'olei property features a stunning pool with a waterfall, a sandy beach area for children, and 2 jacuzzis to enjoy. Feel free to take the beach towels provided in your unit down to the pool to use! There is also a fitness center to use next to the pool area, and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available! This is a gated community with 24-hour security available.
Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort's restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments at nearby properties, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa.

Perfect unit

This was the perfect unit for our family of four. From the three bedrooms, to the spacious lanai, to the short walk to the pool, it fit all of our needs. The short walk to the beaches and shops and close proximity to golf courses were a bonus, as well. While we were out enjoying Maui during the day, we looked forward to coming back to our beautiful condo in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer gave us a mid vacation wardrobe boost. The communication was spot on throughout our stay. Kaitlin even suggested a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary at. If we plan to return to Maui in the future, we will try this property first!

Family Vacation

Thank you so much for the fabulous accommodations! This condo has everything we needed and more! It was family friendly and walking distance to the beach. Our kids favorite part was the beautiful pool! The reality staff provided us with links to local rental companies and tourist options prior to our arrival which was very helpful! Our unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and swimming towels this was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly Appointed Condo
We couldn’t have picked a better rental for our group of 7. The condo was beautiful and perfectly appointed. We loved gathering in the gourmet kitchen and family room. Every last detail was accounted for and the management company was very quick to respond to our questions during our stay. We would love to return to Ho’olei.

Great place to stay!
My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great!
- Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun!
- Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together!
- Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable!
- Great swimming pool in the community!
- Walkable distance to the beach!
- The host was very helpful and responsive!
Here are some tips for future visitors:
- As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead!
- Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool.
- If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

Vacation review

The unit was clean and well appointed. It was not a far walk from the beach. Shopping was nearby. It was a bit of a drive to the grocery store. If you want ample space this you should consider this. I would stay here again if we visit with my family. There is really no view but that was fine for us.

Ho'olei 24-2 in Wailea is Awesome!!!

This place was awesome. Very comfortable and spacious for a group of 7 adults. Short walk to Wailea beach and the beach walk. CBIP staff were responsive and helpful. We enjoyed staying in Wailea as opposed to the Lahaina area as it’s less congested, but easy to get to Lahaina and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable unit on beautiful grounds

Our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) loved our time here! The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!

We had a great time in Wailea. The property management company was very responsive and helpful. The property was a great size for our family (4 adults, 2 kids) and the pool was a hit with the kids. Close to the beach and restaurants in Wailea.

Ho'Olei is the best!
Great place to stay! Amenities are awesome. Can't choose a better place to stay than Ho'olei! Only downside for this specific unit is a little traffic noise outside on the patio. Patio backs up to the main road in Wailea.

Great family vacation
Villa was comfortable and very nice. This is our second time staying in these villas. The location is super nice, clean and spacious. Although this particular villa does not have a view, it is a nice location and place.

Maui Spring Break
We had a great time in Maui staying at the house in Ho’Olei. The rental property was extremely clean and everything was in working order. We really have had no complaints just one small suggestion: some of the pans could be replaced. Other than that, it was a very nice property to stay at. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a great living room/lanai area to hang out at. This was our second time staying in Ho’Olei and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Maui vacation.

Amazing Vacation

Great place! Close to everything. Walking distance to shops and beach. Very well maintained and the owner thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Equipped with cooler, sun umbrellas and sun chairs for the beach. The amenities are very nice. Fully equipped kitchen, grill and 2 very large refrigerators and freezers I would highly recommend this property to everyone. 3 very large bedrooms for a family Also ,the pool area on the property is very lovely with tiki torches that light up every evening .

Beautiful spacious duplex in super location

High end duplex condo with beautiful decor and high end kitchen appliances. My wife, daughters and son in law came to Maui for my nephews wedding and stayed for a week. The only thing missing was an ocean view but that was an eight minute walk away. Highly recommend the gated property and the support stafff. Vastly nicer than the nicest hotel room.

Very Nice!
This rental was very comfy and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Also, the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas were a very nice touch. The property is very close to the entrance of the Ho'olei property, so it was easy to walk to the Ho'olei pool and to the beach via the Waldorf Astoria hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation!

What a fabulous place to stay while in Maui! Only a block from the beach that both the Four Seasons Hotel and the Grand Wailea Hotel share. The waters are calm and there is gorgeous reef right off the beach. We swam with sea turtles everyday from the beach. The Townhouse was perfect for our group of 6. Beach chairs, umbrellas and ample towels were provided. The townhouse is gorgeous. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was very nice. We cooked several meals here, and the kitchen was wonderfully well stocked. We loved sitting out on the lanai to read. The townhouse community has a pool and gym. The pool had 2 hot tub areas and was a wonderful place to relax after a day swimming in the ocean. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
