The primary bedroom offers a California king bed, AC, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combo. There is an additional full bathroom for guests just off the living area.
Take in a mesmerizing Maui sunset or just put your toes in the sand right across the street at Kamaole Beach Park III. Snorkel with turtles and whale watch from the huge grassy field. The younger members of the family will love the large playground and bathroom facilities make playtime even easier. This unit is fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, and a portable cooler.
Located on 15 landscaped tropical acres, stay active while staying at this property with on-property tennis courts, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, and a weekly Mai Tai party every Wednesday.

Good unit

Thisis a well taken care of unit. it has all of what you need to cook and clean. I particularly liked the nice grounds just off the patio. It is perfect for young grandkids to play on and is contained so they can't really wander off. The unit close to the pool and is just a short walk down to the front if you want to head to the beach. It is an older unit and the rooms are comfortable but small. especially the bathrooms. My only suggestion is to add a handrail in the master bathroom shower . it is a tub unit and a bit hard for us older folks to climb over and get in and out.the appliances are quiet and work well. there is a nice cupboard outside with chairs and a stroller/cart to take stuff to the beach (or to use to bring in groceries). the bed in the couch is comfortable and the grandkids slept well. Be on notice that the master bed is definitely a firm/hard bed. we came at the last minute and were glad the unit was available. Would stay there again.. If you have any issues the CB customer service line gets right on it and helps you to solve any internet or TV questions.

Nice unit

Nice clean unit. We enjoyed our stay. As mention in some of the other reviews the shower fixtures could use upgrading, (the current ones are very stiff to operate) but don’t let this stop you from booking. Everything worked just fine.

Clean condo. Lovely garden.
The condo was well equipped. Nice updated kitchen and living areas. Tub and second shower were clean but plumbing fixtures were hard to operate. Need servicing, or better yet, renewal. They look well worn. No other problems. Nice place.

Location of property and layout of condo was great. Property amenities, activities and staff also great (the landscaping was gorgeous). Very friendly staff on site. Aside from a few stray hairs and a little sand in the hall, the room was very very clean (I may be a neat freak). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone and would definitely book here again.

Our stay at Kamaole Sands 6 102

Our stay at this unit was great. Felt good to be back on the Island! This Condo was comfortable and clean. This unit was not as well stocked as we have experienced from other units we have stayed at in the last 15 years. The rental company did very quickly follow up on a couple of items brought to their attention. Overall we were satisfied and did enjoy ourselves. What truely could be bad about a day in paradise.

Kamole sands basic accommodation
Pretty average accomodation and a bit noisy. Staff at the main desk didnt have that normal Hawaiian Hospitality. CBIP were pretty responsive though so hope they will act on the mediocre review.Coffee maker was awful. please buy a new one.

Vacation in Paradise
We loved our stay at the Kamaole Sands. The condo is close to the beach, and has lots of beach chairs and even a wagon to haul supplies. The kitchen is well equipped in the kitchen. There were many restaurants and stores very close by. An added bonus were our grandkids across the grass who visited us many times. It was a great vacation.

This was our 6th stay at Kamaole Sands over the past 30 years, renting a different condo each time. The grounds are well maintained, and this particular condo had an easy access to walk to the beach and local restaurants. CBIP was very communicative throughout the entire rental process.

Beautiful and relaxing

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The condo was clean and very well maintained. It’s ground level location and close proximity to the pool and grilling area was nice for our family because our kids could run around and chase lizards while we cooked or while waiting to go to the pool or beach. It made or space seem so much bigger. The condo was stocked with everything you need for enjoying the beach, including chairs, an umbrella, some beach toys and a wagon to carry all of it. During our stay we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and learning about some fun points of interest around the island. We look forward to booking this property again soon.

This is the 3rd unit we have stayed at in Kamole Sands and each unit offers many of the same amenities. The kitchens are well stocked with. Necessary cooking equipment and the beach amenities are the basic supplies needed for beach gear.
However, Kamole Sands 6-102 offered one better, a wagon to carry all your gear in.
If you want quiet from the street noise, this is the unit to stay in. There is no ocean view, but you are close to the pool area.
It was a very clean unit and the hosts were very helpful when you needed them.
Book early cause it fills up fast because of walkability to the beach and shops. Which makes it great when you take Grandkids to Maui.

Quick holiday before Christmas

Condo was perfect. Well supplied with kitchen stuff, beach chairs and umbrella. Comfortable bed and quiet unit. The management company was fantastic with prompt replies to emails and requests. Will definitely go back.
