Welcome to Kamaole Sands 8-206, a 1bd/2bath unit in one of the best locations in Kihei, ideal for your Maui vacation!
This elegant and spacious condo is a delightful entrance to your Hawaiian getaway. The living area is open and inviting, featuring a large flat-screen TV and convertible sofa for additional sleeping. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide an indoor/outdoor living experience with a private lanai where you can enjoy the lush grounds and dine outdoors.
The kitchen has been nicely updated and is well-equipped with plateware, utensils, and everything a chef might need. There's a perfect dining area for four to enjoy a quick bite or a full meal.
The primary bedroom features a king bed for a restful night's sleep, complete with a flat-screen TV, portable AC, and an en suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom for guests with a shower.
For added convenience, there's a stackable washer and dryer, allowing for lighter packing.
Kamaole Sands offers a variety of amenities for the whole family, including a large pool, a small children's wading pool, adult and family hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQs, picnic areas, and a fitness center. It's conveniently located directly across from one of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaole III Beach.

Best location in Kihei

It was just the two of us. Check-in was a breeze and I love the keyless entry. The condo is light with comfortable furnishings and a good king bed. I love that there were two bathrooms so we each used one and water pressure was terrific. Cooked for ourselves so it was helpful that the kitchen was well appointed. Every night we’d walk down to the Jacuzzi and then go to bed and sleep like little babies. We love the atmosphere of the property. Family friendly and laid-back, but very well kept. It was Dec. and the place was all dressed up for Christmas with lights on all the palm trees. The people we met there were repeat guests. We will definitely come back again. A great rental, and a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful time at Kamaole Sands

Myself and my wife stayed at Kamaole Sands unit #8-206 late November, beginning of December. The property is spotless clean and very well maintained and conveniently located just across beautiful Kamaole III beach and the Kihei boat ramp. Since we mostly cooked for ourselves full kitchen provided us with pretty much everything we needed. Having an extra bathroom was extremely convenient since we could take showers after going to the beach at the same time. I personally liked liquid soap in the kitchen to clean hands and the knife sharpener available. We also noticed the absence of bugs in particular ants (kudos to management, cleaners and gekos 🙂 in side and around the condo. Also, thank you for the gift basket it really neat to have a Hawaiian coffee and the snacks especially on the first day of stay. Also, thanks for stacking enough garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergents so we need not think about buying them for the entire stay.
As a suggestion it would be nice to have cooking oil, soy sauce and some spiced beyond salt and pepper, which we had enough and the sugar in the kitchen.
Overall we loved o stay at the unit and looking forward to comeback next year.

Perfect location

We always love staying at Kamole sands. It is the perfect distance to everything in Kihei. This unit was excellent for the two of us but could definitely have 4 comfortably. It was clean and had all the amenities you could need for a beach vacation!

My Maui getaway

The vacation rental was perfect. Super clean, spacious and has everything we needed for the week. Quiet complex, pool was great. We walked to beach at night to watch sunset and you can walk to many restaurants in the area. We didn’t really have the need to deal with the staff at condo other than check in. It was easy and fast. We didn’t have any problems. I loved how close we were to Wailea and the Makena area we used those Beaches frequently and they were beautiful, I would definitely stay in this condo again it was perfect for my Maui getaway. The condo had an ice chest and beach chairs which were perfect to take with us, they did not have an umbrella but we went ahead and bought one and left it in the condo for others to use in the future. Can’t wait to come back aloha.
