Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 323, with magnificent ocean views. This villa is located in highly sought after Kapalua Ridge! As you enter this spacious villa you will be immediately drawn to the breathtaking views of Molokai and the magical Maui waters.
The large private lanai allows for relaxing to the sound of the waves with two loungers or dine alfresco to a gorgeous Maui sunset with seating for six. With views from the kitchen no one will mind cooking in this villa! Fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Complete with an eat-up breakfast bar, enjoy conversing while whipping up any meal.
The living space is open and inviting with an elegant feel of Maui. Offering plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, and a sofa sleeper for additional guests. There is a window AC unit to keep cool. Just off the main living area is an additional bath for guests' use. In-unit washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.
The guest bedroom continues the beautiful décor with a King bed. There is also a flat screen TV, window AC, and a small private lanai. Complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a large tub/shower combo, and a large walk-in closet.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is perfect for two couples. There are two large bedrooms (each with their own lanai) with king size beds. The condo literally had everything we needed to make our stay in Maui great!

Excellent Condo

We came to Maui to celebrate our anniversary, along with another couple that was also celebrating their anniversary. We were so impressed with the condo from arrival to departure. The condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need! There are even beach chairs, beach towels and coolers! The kitchen was nicely stocked. The accommodations are great, with a lanai off each bedroom. The lanai off the main living area is large and covered. The views are spectacular. The grounds are perfectly kept, and the swimming pool and pavilion is equipped with a full kitchen and Weber gas grills. A beautiful beach is within walking distance. We saw a very large turtle sunning himself on the beach! There is a store nearby that also has a little restaurant with breakfast, coffees, pastries, lunch and deli. There are several quality restaurants nearby. There is a free shuttle that you can take also. The cleaning crew did a great job ensuring that the condo was spotless. The management company is friendly and responsive. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Nice Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Ridge.
Two couples stayed for 10 days
The unit is beautiful. The outdoor spaces are fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The only negative comment is that hot water tends to run out fairly quickly.
The view is spectacular. It is a walk to the beach. And coming back, you are coming uphill.

Captivating views, Clean, Comfortable and Roomy

We LOVED staying here. The Lanais (there are 3) were terrific for views and sea breeze. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed. The villa was stocked with all the essentials such as pots and pans, coffee maker, beach chairs, snorkel gear, washer/dryer, 3 full bathrooms, etc. the location is really convenient and the pool is just across the street. There are fabulous restaurants nearby and even an ABC store with deli, coffee shop and great wine selections. We ate breakfast at the Gazebo, and the ABC store, and dinner at the aloe House and Taverna. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities and private lanais and comfortable mattresses. Both bedrooms and the great room had ac although we found the cross breeze was perfect. There is covered parking just steps from the villa. The neighborhood is safe and great for walking. I would happily return here.

Great place to reconnect with family!

My daughter and son-in-law wanted to get together in Maui, so I first considered getting two hotel rooms. We were shocked at the prices of those rooms, so started looking at renting a condo. For a similar or lesser price, I'm so glad we did.
The condo was spacious and clean. The convenience of a kitchen and living area made a huge difference in our comfort and ability to relax. The beach is only a short walk away.
One of the things people might not appreciate or think about is the quality of property management. In this case, Coldwell Banker is the manager. They kept us informed, helped us in a small emergency situation and were just professional in every way.
We would definitely look into renting again if we're visiting Maui

Kapalua Ridge Review
This place itself was perfect. Very spacious and balconies everywhere. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen appliances to items for the beach. This unit is also near the entrance to the village so it’s easy to get to the beach near by. You will need a car for everyday activities though but the location came with a parking spot.

Happy in Hawaii
We loved waking up every morning and having coffee on our porch. The view of the ocean was just beautiful.
