AMAZING

Space was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Location was within a quick drive to Poipu Beach and shopping center. Could easily walk to a few other beaches connected to nearby hotels. I loved having a full kitchen and space to spread out. I would definitely return.

Amazing time- customer service was excellent

We take a 2 week trip to Hawaii every year for the last 10-15 years. This was our favorite place to stay. Central AC was a huge plus for us. My husband specifically looked for central AC based on poor experiences on previous trips. We were very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were great. For 2 days there was a water shutoff that could have been extremely stressful because my daughter was taking 2 online college classes every day Ashleigh was quick to find a great solution so we could work around the shutoff. She also addressed my husband’s “list” of fixes. We will definitely be booking with this agency again.

Nice place

The place is beautiful nice inside. Had a great stay. The only thing that wasn’t on point was the use of the athletic club outside of that nice location clean and very comfortable. Thank you.

Great Location

I stayed with my family for two weeks, and the experience was awesome:
Full equipped kitchen, súper comfy beds, and a great location for exploring each side of the island. I highly recommend this vacation rental!!!

South Poipu great location

About 30 minutes from Lihue Airport gives travelers a mid location to explore west or north Kauai. Unit exactly as pictured. Clean! CBIP agents were great at communication and assisting promptly when we had questions.

Kauai time

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was large and comfortable and well equipped. Bed was comfy. There were lots of extras like spices and beach toys. The complex was lovely and a nice walk to the beach.

A fine stay

The experience at this VRBO was standard. Nothing was over-the-top, but it did the job. We had enough toiletries, cleaning supplies, and towels to get us through our stay. I hadn’t remembered the second bed having a bunk bed, but after looking back at the reservation I did notice we did reserve it with a bunk. We didn’t use the top part, but the bottom part was comfy. The couches were very comfy. The place could use some updates to furniture and overall feel as it is in Hawaii. It’s a bit outdated. We did run out of laundry detergent while we were here. I don’t think I’ll return to Poipu as I was just here for a conference. However, if you’re in Poipu/Lihue area and need a cheap place to stay, this is best suited to a family.

Kauai surprise

Great location, spacious and quite comfortable! Everything associated with this rental was amazing! The only downside has nothing to do with the management company or the unit itself. We unfortunately had tenants above us who didn’t seem to take into consideration that there kid(s) running track back and forth was disturbing for us (thankfully it usually started after 8am and we didn’t have an issue at night)
