Kauai’s Luxury Tropical Retreat in the heart of Poipu Kai Resort!
Located on the beautiful island of Kauai, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit offers the highest level of luxury in the Poipu Kai Resort area. These amazing accommodations feature 2 King primary suites and an additional twin bedroom that lend themselves to boastful amounts of living space. Each bedroom has its own theme. The primary is a Tropical Paradise. The Guest primary is the Pineapple Room. The Twin bedroom is a Beachgoer's delight. Each bedroom conveniently has its own full bath.
The open entertaining area has many comfortable spots to relax inside or out to enjoy your morning coffee and evening tropical drinks. Featuring a large lanai with sliding doors that open the entire area to the outside and rollup blinds to protect you from the weather and add additional privacy. The masterfully designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for home-cooked, island-style meals. There is a large dining table that will seat 6-8 and bonus seating at the bar for 4 guests.
This unit also features an elevator for your convenience.
Enjoy views of the pool from the large lanai. You can cool off and be mesmerized by the sounds of the nearby man-made waterfalls only steps from this unit. If the pool isn't refreshing enough, this unit has central A/C throughout! You will also have access to a full gym and fitness center as well as an office and conference room just in case you need to mix business with pleasure.
Take a stroll on the nearby greenbelt which will lead you to one of Kauai’s most popular beaches, Poipu Beach Park and Brennekes. Here you will come across Brenneke's Restaurant, a deli, and a surf shop with beach equipment rentals. You are also a short distance from 2 shopping centers and Koloa Town- Everything you need is just minutes away!

Beautiful resort

Beautifully appointed unit (has plenty of beach items as well such as umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon to carry it all), spacious and comfortable, very clean. AC was great. Wonderful mountain views. Perfectly situated in that it\'s close to lovely walking path to beach (short walk). Only drawback is noise from the unit above the primary bedroom. If you are an early riser, it shouldn\'t be a problem. Our other 2 bedrooms didn\'t hear anything. This unit is so perfect in every other way. And staff were incredibly quick to respond to any query, and were so pleasant and helpful. Mahalo CBI!

We had a lovely stay

The layout is great. The appliances were all higher end and the kitchen was well stocked. The dishwasher had a problem and they were quick to come and try and fix it. (They are still babying it along as the starter switch is funky). The beds and couch were comfortable and there is enough seating for a larger party. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The towels seemed like quality. We enjoyed the keyless entry. The pool is not too busy so always easy to get a lounger. The walk to the beach is not far and there are turtles and monk seals that are easy to see. There is a nice elevator to get to the floor which is nice when there are groceries or arriving with many luggage bags.The downside would be that it does take a while for the water to get hot but it does get there. As well, the floors are thin and the people above had two small children so we were woken every morning at 6AM so it really does depend on who is above you in the master bedroom. Much quieter in the other 2 bedrooms.

A Wonderful Place

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property in an absolutely fantastic location. We've been to Hawai'i a over a half-dozen times and this was, by far, the nicest place we've ever stayed. It was immaculate on arrival and laying on the lanai and hearing the breeze through the palms will be one of my favorite memories of our stay. It was so peaceful and calming.

Getaway in Kauai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, well stocked and comfortable home. We loved the grounds due to it's beauty and location. The location made it easy to explore the beaches and nearby towns. And we had everything we needed to feel at home. CBIP Vacations was attentive and professional throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them and their properties and look forward to a future stay!

Wonderful Stay
A previous review had us nervous for this stay, yet the place was immaculate. Perfectly clean, well stocked, very comfortable. The Villas at Poipu Bay is a great property with excellent amenities. Having air conditioning is a huge plus when in Kauai as well.

November in Poipu

Enjoyed our stay in this unit in Villas at Poipu Kai. It is a fantastic location - LOVED the 5-7 min walk to Brenneke’s beach and Poipu. The villa
Comes with toys, chairs, wagon, towels, (everything you might like to take with you to the beach)
Villa was better stocked than most vacation rentals we have visited. (Soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, basic condiments)
Noise (walking, drawers, chairs moving) was an issue for a light sleeper. People above began their day (what seemed loudly) at 5:30am and finished it the same way after 10. We had staff show up at our door the night we arrived bc the neighbor below complained we were disruptive (we arrived at 11pm and the sound of our suitcases bothered them even though we felt we were very quiet)
The pool was great and unlike other Hawaiian rentals we have stayed at, we never had a problem finding a spot by the pool when we tried.
We had one question about the front door lock and the management company was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, we would absolutely stay again and recommend this rental.

Such a comfortable stay!
We love staying at the Villas at Poipu Kai. The location is great, the condos are extremely clean and comfortable, and the whole complex is calm and pretty quiet. Great access to Poipu beach and wonderful walks to Shipwreck beach in the mornings. The beds were extremely cozy and comfortable and the patio was large and great to sit on for each meal. Our family of six had plenty of room. There was a ton of beach equipment to use as well.

Nice place and good location

Very nice place and good location. Liked the very large deck and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Provided access to a cooler bag, beach bag, beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and a large wagon to haul it all to the beach. Poipu beach was a short walk so we didn't have to fight parking. AC worked great, beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. Check in was easy. Note that parking is not right next to the building but it is very close. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Location!

This is the second time I've stayed in this Villa and love it even more! The decor is beautiful throughout, its very well stocked, and its very comfortable! I don't normally sleep well when not home, but actually slept in for the first time in years while staying here! Its also right next to the walking path and probably took me 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I can't wait to return and will definitely be staying here again!

We loved this Condo

This is a well appointed condo that was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved every little detail of this amazing condo and enjoyed the proximity to Poipu beach; not to mention that the pool was just a few steps away. This condo is part of a large complex that is well maintained, with beautiful walkways that wind through manicured gardens filled with local birds. We also were very pleased by the responsiveness of the management, who promptly replied to all of our requests and questions.

Happiness in Poipu

Lovely condo in Villas @ Poipu Kai, 10 minutes walk to beaches in Poipu with excellent location. Condo was nicely furnished with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable vacation. The only downside was condo was on second floor and people above us were constantly making noise and being inconsiderate.

Beautiful Condo
This is a beautiful condo. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of care and effort into the decor and updating of the unit. It has really high ceilings and a ton of space. The lanai is amazing and really an additional living space. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai and looking out over the greenbelt and people walking by.
You have a great mountain view from the lanai, window seat and second master suite. There is a new tv in the main room and a new microwave. I have no doubt the owners will continue to update and improve the unit as needed. It is in a great location in Poipu Kai and a quick walk to the beach as well as the Hyatt complex. The central AC was wonderful and you could feel the lovely trade winds while sitting on the lanai.
You will hear your neighbors because of the design and construction of the complex. We were there 14 nights and out of the 3-4 families that stayed above us only one was fairly inconsiderate and noisy. There is a 24 hour ground patrol you can call if people are loud during the quiet hours - we never called but the ground floor neighbors did - the people were that loud.
My only complaint about our stay was that the onsite gym was not well maintained. The garbage was not taken out the first 5 days we were there, it smelled musty and there was noting to clean equipment after use. We avoided it. Also, there were only two umbrellas and 9 lounge chairs for the whole pool area. Definitely not enough for the large groups staying in the complex. Hopefully the complex will be adding more soon. The pool itself was recently redone and it is beautiful and everyone enjoyed floating and playing in it.
Working with CB Vacations was great - they were very quick to respond to a couple housekeeping needs. I highly recommend this unit and working with them - we had a great trip!

The perfect home for our family reunion!

A few of our family members were lucky to get to stay in this beautiful condo and catch up after 18 months apart due to the pandemic. It is a beautiful home with every amenity we needed. The beds were beyond comfortable and the large lanai was an amazing place for us all to gather after a full day exploring or beach time. We walked to the beach every morning to see the turtles and it is the perfect location to get to everything on the island within an hour or so. We definitely look forward to returning next year!

Peaceful, Perfect, Paradise
We have been to Kauai many times and keep coming back. The Villas at Poipu Kai are in the perfect location and, as far as we can tell, the most updated, clean and elegant places around. Truly a magical spot.

Wonderful Unit at Poipu Kai
We had a wonderful stay. The unit was beautifully presented, great location and very clean. It had some extras that were very appreciated, beach chairs, beach bags, laundry soap, lunch bags, tin foil and more. Going for a walk in the morning was easy and pleasant. We will recommend it to our friends and family.

Beautiful Villa in a great location!

This villa was perfect for our family! We travelled with my mom and our 2 yo daughter, and it was so nice to have an entire home while on vacation. The property management company was so nice and helpful, and even checked on us the night we arrived to make sure we got in okay. They also had a crib and high chair delivered for us, so we didn't have to worry about setting anything up after traveling. The path to the beach is right outside the front door, and its a beautiful stroll right down to the beach, where there is a great park for kids and a really good restaurant! You can also head the other direction on the path, and it takes you directly to Shipwreck Beach in front of a resort, which was perfect for sunsets. The inside of the unit was also decorated beautifully, it really seemed like the owner went above and beyond with their attention to detail. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, so we really appreciated the decor and how well the unit was stocked for us all. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Luxury Villa with Central A/C, in a Great Location, Beautiful Property and Close to Poipu Beach.

The Villa is beautifully decorated, has high end finishes, is spacious, clean and is well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable. The Villa is well stocked with everything you need to make family meals or just have island drinks! It is in a great location and is close to the Grand Hyatt, shopping, restaurants, Poipu beach and Brenneke's! The complex grounds are beautiful with a nice pool and hot tub. A unique feature of this Villa is that it has privacy blinds on the Lanai which is a nice touch. It also has central A/C, it's own washer/dryer in the unit and an elevator up to the Villa which was very convenient. This Villa also has great guest amenities such as beach bags, cooler bags, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Maile brand Hawaiian bath products were also provided which were very lovely. Overall, a fantastic Villa. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Amazing Condo Villas at Poipu Kai

The condo was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The decor in each bedroom was fun and beautiful. It was very clean, spacious and all the ammeneties were just right. The location was perfect for taking walks on the beaches, and walking to local restaurants. We will definitely be back.
