As you enter the large sliding glass doors, find Pergo flooring throughout with Brazilian cherrywood finish. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and large breakfast bar with seating for 4. Beautiful Alder cabinets and well equipped with a generous array of cooking supplies for the chef. Kitchen amenities include coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher as well as cookware, plate ware and utensils.

At the end of each day, you can watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen Smart TV while relaxing on the comfortable sofa with the living room AC cooling throughout the unit. Stylish ceiling fans and customized window coverings add to your further comfort.

The cozy bedroom offers a plush Queen bed with luxurious linens and a flat screen Smart TV. The bedroom has plenty of storage and space with a recessed bed into the cabinetry. The bathroom is located just off the bedroom and has been nicely remodeled with updated custom quartz vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower as well as a portable AC to keep you cool at night.

Full size washer and dryer for your convenience makes for light packing. Other useful amenities include beach chairs, beach towels and parking all offered with compliments.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or dcor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The Kihei Ali'i Kai is a wonderful property located just across the street from the best beach in Kihei; Kamaole Beach #1. This property is moments from shops, activities and restaurants and is a short drive from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. The property amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue grills for your use and new tennis and shuffleboard courts. It is less than 2 blocks to local favorite Kamaole Beach #1 which has lifeguards and bathrooms. Enjoy the complex's pool and spa, stroll to nearby restaurants and shops, or pick up a few groceries at the local health food store (Hawaiian Moons) or the ABC convenience store.

Free parking on site, outdoor showers for rinsing off after coming back from the beach/ocean, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast and even snorkeling rentals all right next door.

Kihei Ali‘i Kai offers elevator access within the property; however, please note that most units still require the use of stairs to reach them and or the pool.

Great location and amenities!

We stayed in D301 with beautiful views from the balcony, and it’s convenient to the pool and in close walking distance to the beach. The place is spacious, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent accommodation

The Kihei Ali'i Kai complex is always great, particularly the pool and jacuzzi.Parking is reasonable. The complex sits in a location convenient to many restaurants, shops, and a natural food store with deli.D301 is above average for the units we've stayed in. The air conditioning is powerful, having no problem cooling the interior during Aug-Sep warm weather. The shower is very good. Generally, the interior is well-thought out, decorated, and maintained. The kitchen is well equipped for a chef's needs. The ocean view from this unit is spectacular. Proximity to the pool is close, and yet nearly no pool noise intrudes into the unit. (The pool isopen 8am-9pm.) Washer and dryer were in-unit, although the dryer took multiple cycles to obtaincomplete drying at lower temperatures. The sofa, while not a pull-out bed, was comfortable.The two reclining chairs in the living room were fantastic! The owners clearly take pride in offering the fine finishes and appointments of this sturdy, quiet unit. We felt at home, and would hope to return.

Kihei unit with a view

This is a beautiful unit with an abundance of amenities and a great view. However, anyone renting should be made aware of the maze getting to the actual unit itself! The elevator is not conveniently located to the unit and there are 3-4 sets of steps (6 in each set) that need to be traversed to get to either the condo parking lot or the pool. Anyone with disabilities would be challenged. However, if this is not a problem, its a great find.

Great Stay!!

Everything in this location was great! It was a five-minute walk from the beach and just around the corner from outdoor shopping and restaurants. The condo was immaculate and supplied everything we needed with much more. The grounds and community areas were clean and well kept. My one complaint was that there was no AC in the bedroom, and it got a little warm at night. This would not prevent me from renting this location again. Loved it!
