The owners have tastefully furnished the condo to give you a true Hawaiiana feel. Enjoy tropical breezes and mountain views from the open living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy dining from the private lanai with incredible sunset views. The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and many windows with the tropical breeze! Please note the bedroom does not have an air conditioner. You will love the delightfully upgraded bathroom! Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, full washer/dryer in the unit, AC in the living area.

Prime location

Great location! Simple walk across the parking lot to the beach. The unit was well equipped, loved that it included beach chairs and an umbrella and that it includes washer/dryer. Bed was a littleFirm for my liking but everything else was great!

Good value and proximity to beaches
The complex is clean and well maintained although a little older than most. Located right across the street from a great beach and they provide beach chairs and a good cooler. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped but the furniture and window coverings are lacking. I didn't visit the pool but it looks about like a basic motel pool.

Great Repeat Stay
I stayed here before and enjoy it every time! It’s a great location. The beach is right across the street. The condo is fully equipped with everything that you need. The condo is the perfect size for 2 people!

Kehei Kai Nani
Great location right across street from beautiful beach, and right next door to multiple restaurants and shops. Just a few blocks from 3 other beaches and more restaurants and shops. Nice little condo with everything you need. Only negative is no a/c in bedroom. Has a/c in living room but it didn’t seem to cool bedroom very much

Lovely condo near beach
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is towards the back of the complex, so it's quiet, no street noise. It's just across the street from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful place to stay in Maui!
Very conveniently located in South Kihei, Maui near the beach, shops, cafés/restaurants. The condo is well equipped for kitchen/bear gear and we appreciated having a washer and dryer in-unit. Overall a perfect experience, I greatly recommend!

Great Place
Place was great. Last building in the back so off the road. Stayed there several times in the past for a friend owned two units here in the 90's. Place was very clean. First time in Hawaii where I stayed and I never saw one ant or a roach. Nice location and walkable to every thing.I was not happy with the check in. I never received any any email on the check in process. Even after I spoke with CBIP, they said they sent me several emails yet I never received one. If it was not for a security guard, Hana, I would have been forking out $400.00+ for a hotel to stay in my first night there. They should remove this off of or Expedia. They create poor communication. But CBIP should have confirmed with me about receiving the emails prior to my arrival. My reservations state I can check in from 3:00 p.m. to midnight and this is not accurate. Plane arrived at 10:30 p.m. and office was closed and no one answered their phones.

This condo was nice, clean, in a good location... great beach right across the street and walking distance to food, etc. It includes everything you need for cooking, showering, going to the beach...Only thing missing was a beach umbrella, so we bought one and left it for the next renters 🙂

Perfect condo

Our two week stay could not have gone easier. The management company answered all questions before we arrived to make our travel easier (including what the condo contained such as coffee makers and blow dryer). The unit was beyond well stocked with all the kitchen utensils and cooking items you could want. We appreciated the spices and oils and ‘extras’. Great sheets and towels and very comfy beds. Appreciated having the washer/dryer in the unit. The whole place was very clean and the air conditioner was a godsend! It is a little tucked back in the corner, but a great location. The beach chairs were perfect.

Great place!
The condo is fully equiped, has a good location 2 minutes away from the beach. Nice beach for a family with young kids. The only negative point is that the air conditioned only refresh the living room and the kitchen. It doesn’t refresh the bedroom. The condo was very clean. Even had chairs for the beach.

It's (almost) always sunny in Kihei
Kihei Kai Nani is directly across from Kama'ole II Beach. We stayed in the same condo unit last year because of the location and price value. Several good restaurants are next door, as well as being on the bus line. I walked the beach every morning, one direction or the other. Extra activities such as whale watching or paddle boards can be rented down the street. We would stay there again considering that it would cost twice as much (or more...we checked)if we stayed in the beach front condos across the street. Mt Haleakala protects the area from most of the rain even if it's wet in Lahaina or Kaanapali.

Kihei Kai Nani is the place to stay
Fantastic location across from Kamaole II beach. And nect to our favorite restaurant (Moose's). Condo unit has been nicely renovated and is very comfortable. Quiet because it's away from the main road. We don't bother with cars anymore as the bus is so convenient. We take a shuttle to & from the airport. Nice-sized pool.
