PERFECT

I've never been to a place where the actual place exceeded my expectations from the pictures!!! Everything was absolutely PERFECT. Quiet area. Beautiful ocean front views. Super clean. The room was absolutely perfect for the two of us and we used it to get ready for our wedding day and had plenty of space to get ready in separate rooms/bathrooms, have hair and makeup artist and photographer in the space as well. We had a package delivered prior to arriving and it was already in our room when we walked in for the very first time! The amenities were great especially the washer and dryer WITH laundry detergent! Beach chairs, cooler, and drying rack were supplied as well. There's a beach at the end of the road as well within walking distance. A Starbucks and a gas station/convience store as well! The staff was super friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't wait to return

Lauloa 407 was perfect for our family of 4. We liked the central location for its proximity to other parts of the island as well as the windy nature of Maalaea which kept us cool after exploring the hotter parts of the island. The beach at the end of the road was PERFECT. Trees to sit under for some shade and your own private little beach with very few people. We kept coming back to "our beach" as it was better than some of the other more popular busier beaches.The unit itself was beautifully furnished and newly remodeled. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook a simple meal. The views off the balcony we will remember for a long time. Having AC was a nice bonus when it got too warm at night to sleep comfortably. Walls are cinder block so we rarely heard any neighbors. Overall it was a great trip and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect home away from home

This Lauloa condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4 (two teen boys). The location was fabulous - it's central location along the west shore meant we could easily explore different parts of the island and return "home" after our excursions. The lanai featured breathtaking sunrise views right on the water while sea turtles explored along the shore. We were even able to spot whales a few times during our stay.The property is quiet and beautifully maintained, and the condo unit itself had modern updates and comfortable beds and furnishings. An easy walk to the harbor and harbor shops meant easy access for the snorkeling excursion we took, Nearby Point Break Pizza was delicious - I also recommend them for one of your meals!
