As you enter, you are welcomed by the sophisticated modern decor. This condo has been beautifully updated. The guest bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. Complete with a ceiling fan and split AC.

The guest bathroom is exquisite! With a tiled walk-in shower, glass doors, and a spacious vanity. You will luxuriate in the soothing spa-like feel.

Nobody will mind cooking in this decked-out modern kitchen! Well-equipped with every convenience any home chef would need. Enjoy the double oven, stainless steel appliances, and inviting eat-up island.

The living area is open and spacious! Relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a convertible sofa, for additional sleeping, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool anytime of year. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for spectacular views and seamless indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy dining al fresco to a breathtaking Maui sunset with a high-top table for four.

The primary bedroom is located on the second level. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in this California King bed. Complete with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC. The ensuite bath is luxurious! With a large vanity and shower/tub combo. The modern feel of this condo is carried throughout.

Luana Kai Resort has many amenities to enjoy with four free tennis and pickleball courts, free self-parking, a heated freshwater swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5-mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby, including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore. Please note, the entire complex is a non-smoking property, and there are no elevators, so expect to use stairs on upper floors.

Fantastic Vacation Rental!

Incredible stay at Luana Kai! The condo was perfect for our family of 5, and the location was very central to the beaches and amenities. The unit was very clean and well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful views from the lanai, well maintained grounds and pool area. We loved our stay in Maui and appreciated staying in such a great vacation rental!

Wonderful unit with wonderful views!

This was a dream family vacation to Maui! And this unit worked out perfectly for us! The sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were always sparkling clean and the grounds were very well maintained! Check in/out was a breeze. Steps from the beach! It was just perfect for us.

7 day stay at Luana Kai C306

My party of 6 stayed with CBI for 7 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. House was clean and plenty of towels/linens were provided. Nice big kitchen with lots of kitchen appliances and pots/pans which made life very easy. Great view of the ocean from here as well, would absolutely stay again.

Centrally located, easy access to all locations of the island

Nice location, well maintained complex. Well supplied with toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, beach chairs, towels. Easy check in and check out. Minor details, but place could use some touch ups to freshen up paint and dust high areas (lots of dust looking down from loft).

Luana Kai C306

We traveled as 2 couples so we had the downstairs bedroom converted to a king bed. We cooked in a couple times and there was plenty of cookware and dishes, etc. The community bb grills work great. Pool and hot tub are cleaned every day.
We saw whales from the balcony a couple nights.
The only thing small was that there were a couple places that could have been cleaned better (fans in bathrooms are dusty, baseboards). Overall, the unit was clean - just not perfectly spotless. Not enough to lower the 5 star rating.

Family Escape

We rented this unit after a week on other islands and spend 12 days here. This unit was exactly as described online. We unit was clean and ready for our arrival and held our family with ease. The location was great and was updated nicely. The complex is a little dated, including the pool facilities, but isn't a compliant, just an observation. We love this area of the island since it is central to the various areas of activities through the island and we were able to get to all areas in a reasonable drive. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking at it (unless it is when we are looking at coming back!!)

Great Holiday and lovely place to stay

The apartment was perfect for a family of four. The views are spectacular and we spent lots of time on the lanai. We also used it as a base for great outdoor activities, as it is centrally located and walking distance from many restaurants and beaches. Loved out stay!

3 weeks of paradise

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. The furniture could use a deep clean, the screen door to the lanai could use some lubrication in the tracks and those curtains didn’t not pull well with the cords too heavy?) Otherwise everything else was perfectly lovely The CBIP team was generally responsive to our inquiries. Location was ideal and centrally located. A definite must stay?!

Excellent Vacation Rental

We had an excellent stay at Luana Kai C306. The unit was clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything was in working order. The bathrooms were spacious, well stocked. We loved the loft upstairs for a bit of separation. Luana Kai is a beautiful and quiet resort, on the quiet end of Kihei. We are looking forward to returning and would absolutely rent this unit again.
