Mana Kai 412 with direct ocean views and beach access! Mana Kai is one of Kihei's most exclusive resorts, located right on Keawakapu Beach!
This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during season, or enjoy a breathtaking sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco with seating for four.
The living area is perfectly appointed with a large 55" flatscreen SMART TV. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need.
The Primary suite is located right off the living area with a King bed and luxurious linens. The ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower and a large vanity.
The Guest suite is very spacious with a king bed, luxurious linens, a 40" flat screen SMART TV, and an ensuite bath.
Split AC throughout keeps this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long.
Mana Kai 412 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, a fitness center, activities center, general store, and a business center.
Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area.
Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Breathtaking view

Our stay was better than expected. We would normally stay in a hotel but wanted a kitchen (and two bathrooms was a plus as well). Placed a pick up order from wal mart before we even arrived on Maui and immediately had snacks and breakfast to last our whole stay. The condo and premises and beach were beautiful, safe and family friendly.Opening the balcony doors in the morning to a breathtaking view is something you’d have to pay way more for at a hotel. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful apartment!

Wonderful apartment had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and swimming beach right out the door. The pool was nice for a non sand swim. Convenient to have a shop right downstairs and the 10pm late checkout was so worth it for our evening flight. Would come again with no hesitation, loved the modern updates to the suite.

Comfortable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well stocked with what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft which we liked and the bedding towels and linens were good quality. More hotel style than older island style. The condo staff is outstanding and they keep the grounds immaculate and there is security to keep you safe. The grassy area is very nice the pool small but refreshing and the beach is one of the best on Maui.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay here. The condo location was perfect. Relaxed, beautiful beach with great green space overlooking the beach under the palms if you wanted to be outside but not in the sand. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults/teens. Small store on the first floor was very convenient! The restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay, so can’t comment on that. This particular unit had a great view of the ocean and was very clean! Included beach towels & plenty of beach chairs to use during stay. Reserved parking spot in the lot was nice. Very convenient to shopping & restaurants in Wailea & Kihei, but in a less busy area. I definitely recommend staying here.

Oh the beauty

My husband surprised me with a trip to Maui and it was amazing. Waking up every morning to this view and then going to bed to the sounds of the ocean was so cool. You could practically lay in bed and drink your coffee. Really relaxing. I never wanted to leave. We would definitely book this unit again. It was really nice and well-appointed. We'll be back!

Took the whole family to Maui for 10 days. Had three condos at the Mana Kai. The whole facility and staff are 5star. Already making plans for another trip to Maui and the Mana Kai.

Great!

The Mana Kai was an excellent place to stay in Maui with our family of four (2 kids, 9 yo and 6 yo) plus grandma. Unit #412 was super nice. Both the building and the unit present as in the pictures. No big surprises. There are some major renovations going on to the building - read the notices - which are focused on the restaurant, outdoor tiki bar and fitness centers as of now. These did not impact our stay in any significant way. Although I must say I’d be excited to come back when they are done as it will truly enhance an already great experience .

Manakai Maui Spring Break 2023

This was third stay at the Manakai Maui condos. The units all have the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The beach is just outside your door, very kid friendly for swimming and playing at the beach. We like staying in Kihei, more local not as touristy. Many great places to eat close by.

Can’t beat the location or view. It was pure perfection. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. In house restaurant was delicious. Beach and pool were great. Overall, we loved this place. Just a few suggestions:
1). The coffee table is too big for space. We bumped our knees no less than 15 times. Get a smaller table or no table!
2). Coffee maker needs to go. It’s old and doesn’t make good coffee.
3). Toaster is old. Need a new one.
4). Dinnerware is pretty old and mismatched. Needs to be replaced. Coffee mugs have permanent stains. Ick.
5). Dishwasher doesn’t work properly. Soap never dissipates. We cooked several times so we washed dishes several times.
6). Electric outlet in kitchen by stove not working.
7). The blow dryer doesn’t work well. Needs to be replaced.
8). Pictures on website show the space as bigger than it was.
These are small things that would improve your visitor experience and I thought they would be helpful. But I will say that the view and overall experience we had was really wonderful. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo was in a beautiful location and it had so many amenities. We loved the pool, 5 Palms restaurant, having a kitchen and a little extra space for our group of 5. Would stay again!

Heaven on Earth

This was our 4th stay at the Mana Kai but first in Unit #412, it was easily just as pleasurable as the first 3. We love the location, the fact that the property has a beach, pool, restaurant and convenience store with deli names the Mana Kai ideal. The unit #412 was recently updated and very clean. The unit has made very good use of their space, we have family that live in Maui and we were able to comfortably gather in our condo. Excellent customer service from the management company when questions came up rounds out the opinion of this grateful vacationer!
