Maui Kai 607 is a charming studio offering an amazing oceanfront location. You can't get any closer to the water! Enjoy gazing out at the magical Maui waters, take in beautiful sunset or do some whale watching from your condo!
This spacious studio is equipped with all the comforts anyone would desire. No one will mind cooking with these views, kitchen has every gadget any home chef would need. The King Murphy bed boast luxury linens and allows for ample space. You will fall in love with the sound of the waves lapping on the beach as you drift off to sleep. The enclosed lanai is the perfect retreat with a convertible sofa for additional sleeping. There is a quaint dining area, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity area.
The Maui Kai Resort offers gorgeous direct views of the ocean, Lanai, and Molokai. Spend your days snorkeling, scuba diving, or just lounging on the beach. Soak up the sun at the pool or relax in the jacuzzi after a fun-filled day on Maui. BBQ grills on the property for your use. For your convenience, there are coin-operated washer and dryers on each floor. Maui Kai’s central location is walking distance to fabulous food trucks, a shopping center, groceries, and an urgent care facility. Just a short drive to Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Everything I was hoping for and more

This was everything I was hoping for and more. We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean. We went snorkeling in the water just below our room and saw beautiful fish and turtles. We swam with turtles every day. The lanai is a wonderful place to hang out. We ate our meals there, played cards, napped, gazed at the sky and ocean, counted turtles swimming by. Watched rainbows. Listened to waves crashing. My biggest regret is not spending more time being lazy on the lanai. The room is walking distance to everything you might need. There are good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores very close by. The local shave ice is excellent!! Beach equipment rental at Snorkel Bob's. This vacation was a dream come true. I am definitely going to do this again some day.

Beautiful View

We really loved the place, beautiful view of the ocean. Apartment is very cozy and we could see turtles almost every day. Amazing!! They have everything, chairs, cooler bag and etc. Very responsive, we needed extend our last stay and it was easy to manage with them. Definitely will return to this place.

Perfect spot for an awesome getaway

This is the perfect spot for an awesome getaway. The condo has everything we needed. Toaster, coffee pot, beach chairs, even a cooler to use while here. There are extra blankets if you get cold, there are even spices if you wish to cook on the stove, or grill located by the pool. In summary, for us….this place was perfect. A huge plus is that it is literally right on the water.

The best view in Maui!!!

You can’t get any closer to the ocean than Maui Kai which resulted in unbeatable views! We saw turtles and whales daily, which was our favorite thing to do. The unit is nicely decorated. The coldwell reps checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. The unit came well stocked with beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc). My only little complaint is that we weren’t able to use the coffee machine even though they provide filters, and even coffee because the place where you fill in water was filthy. All in all, i would not hesitate to stay here again because of the view and the people.

The Maui Kai is the best!

My husband and I absolutely loved this property! Could not get any better views or closer to the water than the Maui Kai. We saw sea turtles every day and whales on multiple days we were there. The room was very clean and exactly as shown on the listing. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Great amenities including the pool, game room, access to laundry, full kitchen and very friendly staff. If we come back to Maui, we won’t look any further than the Maui Kai!

Maui is the best
The rental unit is excellent location. Very quiet. Direct ocean view. We watched the whales everyday from this unit. We enjoyed.

Best trip ever

Our vacataion rental was the most beautiful place we have stayed. It was private, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots pans, plates, cups, cleaning supplies, silverware etc.. perfect. The view is 100 times as beautiful in person.

Great location with amazing views.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids for 7 days. The oceanfront views are spectacular and can't be beat! We were able to see sea turtles swimming around on our last day. The pool is small but quiet. Our daughter had the pool to herself one night. We met with some friends who stayed at the Westin Nanea which was a nice 7-10 minute walk along the boardwalk. Food trucks are nearby which is a plus. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. The brita water filter was a nice surprise. We used it to make our coffee every morning and for ice. One thing that did not make sense to us is that the sofa bed was placed in the lanai which made it unusable because 1.) the lanai is full of furniture which meant moving things around and 2.) the AC does not turn on if the doors leading to the lanai are closed due to a sensor. This means that whoever is sleeping in the lanai will have no AC. I can see how this would appeal to those who want the natural sound of the ocean while they sleep but for us it was too hot. If the sofa in the unit was also a sofa bed this would give maximum flexibility. One other minor annoyance is that the main bed was really squeaky on certain spots.

The View & Sunset OMG

Wow. From the moment I entered the condo, I felt the ocean's breeze and the sound of waves crashing wipe away all my fatigue from traveling. As if the room said, "Aloha, welcome to Maui." You get an amazing panoramic view of the ocean from the lanai, with no buildings in sight. The pictures don't do justice. We saw perfect sunset from the room positioned right in between islands Lanai and Molokai. I can only imagine how much more wonderful this view is during the whale season! This unit is very cozy, attractively decorated and themed perfectly for a Hawaiian vibe. The bed and sofas are comfy. Having the beach and excellent snorkeling right below was awesome. The pool is very plain and small, especially when you see the pool next door. But it worked for a nice dip in the jacuzzi for us. Who cares about a pool when you have Kaanapali Beach calling your name behind you. The location of Maui Kai was also very convenient for us. Overall I was extremely happy with our stay here, and wanted to stay longer! I highly recommend this rental, and, please take good care of it for my next stay here.

High expectations exceeded

The apartment was perfect. The checkin process was simple with just one form to fill out for parking. The apartment was clean and stocked with all the basics we needed like chairs, towels, coolers. The kitchen was perfect for making a small breakfast and packing a lunch before heading to the beach. The location next to all the resorts gave us the luxury of resort food, bars, and beaches at a third the price.

The view cannot be beaten!
The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. The lanai is the best place to watch the sea creatures in the crystal clear water and catch the fresh sea breeze. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the sturdy beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We liked the quite sea front location with amazing beaches just a walk or short drive away. We didn't use the pool/cabana/on site laundry, but appreciated that they were all there for our use. Communication was clear and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unparalleled View!
Hands down the best vacation rental we have ever booked. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is modern and clean, with a great aesthetic.
The view from the Lanai was exceptional. I didn’t believe we would be able to see whales from the apartment,but we were as close to the water as you could get, and saw the whales every single time we looked out.
It was a great location,close to the grocery store and food truck court for convenience, and the pool was nice too (note not an ocean facing pool, but you have your apartment for that!). Really easy to drive to Lahaina where the town has a great selection. Of restaurants. We had a wonderful meal in Dukes restaurant in a nearby hotel,less than a 10 minute walk.
Management company was wonderful too, checkin in on us to confirm all was well,very thoughtful,and also helped us out when we left the key in the apartment (tip,just leave it in the key box on the front door when you go out!).everything was very well thought out,from the amenities (Inc laundry powder,dishwasher tablets etc) so all we needed to get was food!
All in all,just the most wonderful place,we will certainly return here and use the same company, and will recommend all our friends to do the same.Mahalo!
