Maui Kamaole F203

There are bound to be issues with any rental, the key is how the owners respond. The unit was missing a rice cooker, they brought us one same day I asked for it. The coffee maker was not working, they brought a new one out right away. The complex closed one of the pools the day before we arrived, the company gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would recommend this spot to anyone with a small family.

We loved our stay in F203. It is definitely the most updated unit we have enjoyed, and the property was as quiet and beautiful as ever. The kids had a blast in the pools and walking to and from the beach. Thank you!

Maui Kamaole is a family favorite destination. The units are very spacious and fit our family of 5 well. So many great beaches nearby to walk or drive to. The condo had beach gear available chairs/snorkel masks and sand toys. The lanais were an additional private spot to hang out at. The property is so well maintained, the grills outside were clean, and the pools were so nice to hang out in.

We have family in Maui and love to stay at Maui Kamaole. But this particular condo was a cut above the rest, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of four.

Everything was exactly as posted. Clean nice area. Pools were great. Friendly grounds maintenance crew and staff. Maintenance of grounds, pools and property were minted each day, making for pristine property. My small gripe was that we had no pre warning of the main fridge and range microwave not working for our stay. They did install a temp small fridge and extra microwave. Our initial arrival to Maui we made our first stop to Costco and stocked up. Once seeing the downed appliances it’s left us leaving some of our frozen/cold products out overnight until we can eat a few items. They did send someone to fix the fridge, but the part I guess was not compatible. Maybe call ahead and ask if anything is down, broken or changed from the posting. I did mention it in a email after the fix attempt, where they offered a second fridge at least. All in all a good stay and would love to go back. Same island same unit.

Loved the place. It had everything we needed plus some. The TV was a little hard to navigate with trying to find local news updates but everything else was perfect. Pool is nice and close by, restaurants were a short drive and beach was a few minute walk across the street. Kihei is a great local town.

This rental definitely met our needs for our stay in Maui. We were looking for a central location as a “home base” for activities. The condo is well equipped, modern kitchen and the washer/dryer work great. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. I would say it probably works better for 4 adults (rather than 5-6). We had 5 people and although there is the bed space (with the pull out sofa) to get to a bathroom you have to walk through a bedroom which made it a little awkward. The beach supplies- chairs, boogie boards, umbrella were all great. Close to beaches and many restaurants. I would recommend this condo if you are looking to have a very clean, modern place to eat and sleep. We didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out around the condo otherwise and I never had a problem that I had to contact the owner about.

Loved that it was within view and walk to beach but far enough off the beaten path that it was also quiet and peaceful with beautiful and well-kept surroundings. Our children saw lizards everyday on the patio! A bit skimping on some accoutrements (no cheese grater that we could find, no oil for cooking etc), but we appreciated the welcoming gift, and how spacious and open the condo was.

This is our fifth visit to Maui, our favorite of the Hawaiin Islands. We prefer Kihei when we visit because of the small town feel. This our first time staying at Maui Kamaole. The complex is set back of the main road and our unit was towards the back which made it nice and quiet. We had a party of 5 and we found the unit very spacious and comfortable. Assigned parking made it easy and convenient to park our rental. With the exception of a small glitch with the microwave, which was resolved quickly, everything was exactly as stated in the description. We really enjoyed our stay and would look forward to returning again and again!

Excellent stay and most certainly will be back specifically at this spot. The location was perfect and so convenient for many activities we wanted to do on the island. Exactly how it looks in photos and description.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very spacious & beautiful! My family and I had such an amazing experience staying here! Very close to many great restaurants! It had everything we needed & was very very CLEAN!
