The house was perfect in condition . we Loved the stay here. Se were 2 families and really cherished the time spent there in the home. Also Tom has been very well responsive and proactive. He dropped off the bath supplies when we ran out of that as well so really thankful to him about that. I would come back to the same place in future as well. Thank you again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place. It was beautiful, just like the pictures. The beach is a few steps away from the unit and it was so peaceful, felt private. Sunsets were gorgeous. Tom was extremely accommodating about an earlier check-in and gave us great local recs. Kihei is a great location, close to Wailea and lots of great beaches and hikes. Highly recommend staying here.

Tom was a fantastic host. We booked the place not realizing it didn’t have ac, which would have been fine but we were 3 pregnant gals and it was unusually hot and muggy for Hawaii! Tom was so sweet to work with us, also I learned for those unseasonable times there are portable ac units. The place itself is so dreamy, right off the beach where you can see turtles from just steps away from your place! The pool was nice, everything was spectacular!

We loved our time at Tom and Julie’s place! My husband, another couple, and I were very comfortable during our stay.
The condo was clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Tom and Julie had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and other beach gear available for us to borrow during our stay.
The location of the condo was perfect! It is right on the water, and the sandy beach on the north end of the condo was a great place to hang out in the morning. We loved taking an afternoon swim in the condo’s surprisingly warm pool and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
Tom and Julie were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions before and during our stay in a timely manner.

The condo was comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Tom was a GREAT host - responsive, friendly, helpful, and generous. He left us local fruit and even some baked goods during the week! We could not have been happier with the whole experience. Mahalo, Tom.

Tom's picture of his ocean front property is exactly as you will experience it. Walks on the beach daily' sitting on lanai when the ocean wlnds blow. Easy to get to many adventures and shopping areas.

Spacious condo for a family of 4! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, and cutlery. Modern fridge and microwave came in handy. The balcony was well furnished and had lovely views. The king bed was one of the most comfortable and restful that I have slept on! The height adjustable workstation was a thoughtful touch. We loved swimming in the pool and in the adjoining beach. It was super calm.
The groundskeeper starts early but the noise did not bother us too much. The lawns were awesome! Same with the noise from Kihei road, since the quick access made up for that.
Tom was a great host. Highly responsive from the time we booked, and all the way through checkout. Mahalo!

Place was great with a lovely host willing to go the extra mile. Well equipped with beach chairs, tom even left us a nice goody bag.

The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very cozy. The balcony is big and we love to sit there and just look at the ocean. Easy check in and detailed instruction was given. The host is very responsive and gave tips on local activities, restaurants etc. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a great place to stay/book! Friendly neighbors, a good free library in the building, lots to do, a beautiful beach, great sushi down the road. Loved that they had boogie boards and chairs.

Beautiful view. We saw whales from the lanai multiple times. Central location. Very nice kitchen and comfy beds. Would stay here again any time.

This place is amazing. We liked it a lot. Just appropriate for our family of three. You can walk to beach to enjoy sunset or go to rooftop of building to enjoy all around view during sunset or simply sit in your balcony doing whatever you and your family wants to do watching sunset. You can also watch sunset while lying down on your bed (if that's what you prefer) from bedroom. We always found parking in the complex. This unit does not have AC but didn't feel the need. All rooms got fans including bathrooms. Unit includes 27inch monitor. That helps those who need to be in touch with their work while enabling family enjoy kids holidays. My wife liked wall paintings, furniture and curtains. This complex got Indian restaurant. We found that as great convenience. If I ever visit Maui again, I will check this place first.

This condo was centrally located and easy to access. Well equipped kitchen. Also had beach/picnic, vacation extras available - chairs cooler umbrella etc - Tom was a super helpful host. He made great local recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay.

It rained the whole time we were there and we spent a lot of time in the condo.
But Tom's place had everything I needed, so I didn't feel uncomfortable.
If I go back to Maui, I will stay at Tom's condo again then
