Pacific Shores B-118 is ideal for a family or couples traveling together. Enjoy the ease of entry with no stairs to this first-floor condo. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and Smart TV for movie nights cozied up in bed. Guest room has a full bathroom just steps from entry that has a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds and ceiling fans. There is no AC in either bedroom, but this condo does not get direct sun and faces North to take advantage of the famous Maui Trade Winds.

The open living area has a dining area for four and two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Bonus seating on the lanai for 2 is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee. If you are up early enough, you may even catch a glimpse of the sun rising over Haleakala. Kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef to whip up meals at home including stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

A sleeper sofa allows for a great spot to put the kiddos and allows for up to 6 guests total in this condo. Smart TV, ceiling fan, washer and dryer, and window AC unit add to the comforts offered when staying at this home. Parking for up to 2 cars included complimentary.

Great place to stay in short walking distances of nice beaches

Our stay at the Pacific Shores B118 was excellent except for the pool renovations. The owners had nothing to do with the pool however, they did go out of their way to make things better for us. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent!! We took a very short walk to Charley Young and the Kamaole beaches daily. Saw lots of turtles. Appreciated the use of supplied beach chairs, towels, fins... Only slight problem we had was on arrival we contacted the management company to see if there was a possiblity to ck in early. Said yes, just waiting for inspection, would let us know. No call and they didn't answer phones. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
We deeply apologize for the uncomfortable check in situation. We do always strive to accommodate same day early arrivals as best as we can and it doesn't always happen. This review is truly helpful and will be used as a training opportunity for our team to help streamline the same day early check in process and communications. We love to hear that you enjoyed the area beaches, the rental itself and go to enjoy turtle watching during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback!

Convenient Location

The location was GREAT! Loved there were beach chairs/toys available for use. Overall, my family enjoyed our time.

Very convenient stay that worked!

The property was clean and tidy centrally located for travel to the whole island. It had a very well equipped kitchen. ( although very little space for unrefrigerated food, but we made it work ) Had plenty of beach equipment to use. ( umbrella, towels, chairs, cooler, snorkeling, and sand toys) Did come across a couple of unwanted critters but that is all. Honestly after staying in Oahu for the previous 3 months and paying a tad bit less with much nicer accommodations, I was expecting more. be far, I did find maui overall much more pricier then Oahu.

Great location at a great price

Being this close to the beach is always awesome. If you are one to sit on the lanai and hoping to have a great view, this is not your spot. If you are one to walk down to the beach for your view/outside time, this is perfect.

Well stocked in the kitchen for the most part, but no pots/ pans that I’d classify as “medium”. Knife set is due for a refresh, but I’m used to that in most condos.

Well stocked as far as snorkels and beach chairs as well.

For my needs, this was perfect.

Pacific Shores Maui

Condo was easy to find with directions and instructions given and found it clean with some welcoming goodies. Close to beach and short drive to 'downtown' for shopping and meals. Never felt unsafe. Fairly quiet and comfortable with 5 of us there. Great to have laundry in-suite. No view from here but we knew that.

Clean rental near beach

The unit is clean, spacious and could use some updating. The beach is a short walk away (there are buildings, a street and a few rows of houses between the condo and the beach). The pool area would be suitable for families. It was easy to rent in terms of logistics, communications and instructions. It was well stocked (kitchen, beach gear). One of the bedrooms is immediately adjacent to the parking lot, which generated some noise throughout the day and night. Otherwise it was quiet.

Nice place but not great first night

Overall the property was perfect! Great location, very clean and responsive management team. An hour after arrival there was loud construction going on. When I called management they were told that there was nothing scheduled. One of the people In our party found out where the sound was coming from and the people fixing a leak two floors above us were very rude. A board member was also not very happy about it. Also the pool code on our arrival instructions was not correct. Management responded right away and figured it out. Overall very good place to stay I would’ve given a five if not for these minor things.

Great experience

This rental was a great central location for our excursions in Lahaina, the Road to Hana, and north central Maui. It was so nice not to have to rent out boogie boards or snorkeling gear. When we reached out to management about boogie boards, they brought them to our place. It was great to have a kitchen and a/c! A beach is also right across the street. I'd recommend to a friend.

Very Nice Place By The Beach

!. Nice community swimming pool with places for BBQ and sit down dinner.
2. A couple hundred steps from the beach (just across the street.
3. A string of beaches at walking distance. A very board walk along the ocean.
4. The place is super nice with everything you need to live. All gears you need for the beach are provided.
5. Walking distance to a big grocery store that has everything one would need.

We felt like we are at home!


The only downside for Maui is that it is very expensive - Hawaii is the land of pineapple and it is $1.49 a pound. Back home in Chicago we pay $1.50 per pineapple.
