Amazing Condo

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! We love the location - great walk to the beach, shopping and much more! The condo had all that we needed and provided us with a place to retreat after the full days in the sun! We loved the lanai. The view was spectacular and the furniture was comfortable. I even found everything in the kitchen to be well organized and very clean. Thank you for sharing this home with us. We hope to be back soon!

Great maui rental again!

Great condo! Our second 2 week stay was amazing again! No issues other than the unit did not have a Keurig coffee machine. We went to Target and bought one and left it for future guests. It also matches the decor. Aloha!

A Breathtaking Paradise Condo!

We experienced a piece of paradise at this breathtaking condo that had us feeling the magic of Maui as soon as we walked through the front door. The artwork, decor and furnishings are top quality (including the bedding and mattresses) and are aligned with the calming island vibe. The views, especially the sunsets, from the lanai were phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island from this central location then returning at the end of the day to the tranquility of this beautiful condo. We can’t wait to return!

Very nice condo in beautiful location

Everything was even better than described. We had everything we needed to feel at homeland be comfortable. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot each time we pulled in. We enjoyed walking to the beach. Monkeypod was good for dinner as was Nalu's South Shore grill in Kihei

Hawaii 2.0

This was our 2nd time renting from CBIP. We rented a different condo as the one we rented in 2019 was unavailable. This condo was much nicer, more up-to-date, but much more expensive. The only concern we had was the oven. Our first night there we arrived late and bought a frozen pizza for dinner only to discover the oven did not work. We reported the problem immediately. CBIP acknowledged our concern immediately but never fixed the problem. More money does not mean better quality.
Aloha, thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry that we did not follow up regarding the oven. Our notes indicated we had left a voicemail to try and get permission to enter. Our goal is to follow through whenever any issue is reported and we should have kept trying to reach out. I'm sorry this did not happen. The issue causing the oven not to work was the breaker. It was tripped and just needed to be flipped back on. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen in the future. Again, thank you so much for sharing your feedback. Beautiful Accommodation!!!

This rental was amazing, it was beautifully designed and has absolutely everything you need. An absolute pleasure to come home to after our days at the beach/touring the island. Loved bbq’ing up a delicious dinner in the evenings on the lanai - the sunset and ocean view was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great Escape in Maui!

Wonderful property! We stayed with another couple for 4 nights and this condo had everything we needed. Perferct location close to the beach and resturants. Wonderful lanai where we ate our meals or had cocktails in the evening while enjoying the sunsets.

I was very pleased with unit 102. It is very well maintained and the sunset views are terrific. I had a few problems which were rectified quickly. I highly recommend this unit and VRBO. I would recommend in the VRBO description to note that this unit is on the 2nd floor and not accessible to those with mobility problems. Mahalo nui loa

this home is the best we ever had in maui and weve rented in the palms for over 10 years.its been totally renovated and has been tastefully decorated and its totally stocked with fine dishes,linen etc.youve got a great view from the lanai and its a private setting.you cant go wrong renting this fine home
