Excellent property,

We really enjoyed the unit and location. The images were accurate, the amenities are really nice. The check in process went well and we felt we received good value for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishes and utensils. There were no spices or anything, beyond salt and pepper. *A word of warning - in the contract it says that we received starter supplies, and the rest are up to us. We did not realize this meant any consumables. We had garbage bags, diswasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels for 4 days. If your stay is longer than that, you need to bring along extras of all of the above or be prepared to buy it there. Other than that, this unit was everything we were expecting and hoping for. Thank you!

Cozy and very clean

Well Equipped Condo, Easy Walk to the Beach

This unit was even better than advertised. The condo appears to have been recently updated and has a spacious primary bedroom with private bathroom. There is ample closet space, the beds are comfortable, and the unit is situated away from both the pool and the road, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well stocked including a blender for making sunset cocktails, a large refrigerator/freezer that makes ice cubes as quickly as you can use them, a small rice cooker, and an oven/range that works really well (once technologically challenged me figured out which buttons to push). The unit is a 10 minute walk one of south Maui’s largest and most beautiful beaches and the hosts provide both beach chairs and coolers to pack your lunch. It’s also a short drive (or 15 minute walk) from shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to visit Maui.

Dream vacations in Maui

The rental experience was perfect. The property was ready ahead of time, was very clean, fully equipped (kitchen, bedding, beach gears). The property management was very responsive when needed. The Palms at Wailea is very well located, 10 minutes from beautiful Keawakapu beach and the Shops at Wailea. We would definitely return to this property, and most definitely recommend it. Bad to good

My vacation rental started off completely BAD the rental that I reserved in June of 2022 was nothing like I envisioned. When we got to the property and went to our unit we were shocked to see construction crews using our parking space as a staging area. The condo was having the roof replaced with scaffolding over the walk east to a unit with no roof!! I'm paying $500 a day for this!!!
I called your office and spoke with Jeremiah who was at first a bit unhelpful. This changed after a rather serious conversation with me.
Long story short, Jeremiah made up for it by placing us at The Palms. What a wonderful place. Beautiful grounds perfect unit and nice on site staff. We were there for my daughter's wedding and having that place was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay at the Palms. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location was excellent with a beautiful beach for morning walks and swims about a ten minute walk away. We saw turtles swimming and sunning on the beach. Great place and we had no issues. Spotless and beautiful unit

It was 5 of us and a 2 year old kid, we loved our stay at this location, it was absolutely spotless when we arrived.

Perfect space and location

My family (3 kids, 2 parents, 1 grandma) had a perfect stay here. The three kids had a great time sleeping in the living room and the bedrooms were a great size for the adults. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect! In between all the great beaches in Wailea and the beaches, restaurants, and shops in Kihei. We loved every minute!
