Fabulous condo! This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.
This central air-conditioned 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is immaculate and beautiful and comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant views from the large wraparound lanai in a tropical garden setting.
This unit has approximately 1200 square feet of living area plus a lanai! Fully air-conditioned. This is the largest 2-bedroom unit in the complex! The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request. Top floor, tastefully furnished, plush carpeting, gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, and lots more.
Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.
The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.
Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

Perfect Location!

We couldn\'t have asked for a better location to explore the beautiful island of Maui. The Palms at Wailea is located in a beautiful area and is within walking distance to the beach and the gorgeous paved walking trail along the coastline. The property is well maintained and stocked with everything you need. The sunset from the property is stunning! We often took our beach chairs down to the grassy area in front of the pool to watch the sunset. You can also see the sunset from the large window in the living room. The BBQs on the property are VERY well-maintained, which we used several times! While the pool is an oasis itself, I will say the temperature of the pool was much colder than expected. Once in we were fine but everyone in our party wished it was a bit warmer. The hot tub is very warm and also very well maintained!
Overall, we loved this condo so much and would highly recommend staying here during your visit.

We loved our vacation experience at the palms unit 206. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very nice having A/C throughout the unit. The condo is very close to the beach which is also a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Great property spacious unit good for family of four. Location perfect for south Maui .Few minor upgrades would be nice in kitchen cutlery pans etc but well equipped Pool is close by and lovely

We arrived soon after our allotted entry time to a wonderfully situated and clean apartment which has a good view of the ocean through the palm trees and a lovely open covered lanai perfect for dining for any meal during the day as there's shade but also a breeze. The BBQ and beach chairs really helped in our stay. Kitchen was fitted out with no complaints apart from the lack of sharp knives (but I always take my diamond sharpener!). Bedrooms and the building were lovely and quiet at night. All 4 of us would not hesitate to return to this particular unit or The Palms in general........we loved it and will certainly recommend it to our friends - but only if we can go back with them!

Maui Wowie

Holiday at The Palms, Wailea

Property description is accurate. Matt at Coldwell Banker was very efficient. Property was clean and reasonably well maintained. We were on the 2nd floor and it is a bit of a hike to enter. It could be noisy at times when people were in the downstairs suite. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

Great stay on Maui!
This condo was spacious for enough for our family, especially having a little one with us. The kitchen was great for morning coffee and easy breakfast options. We didn’t have to rush. It was also extra nice to be able to do some laundry before leaving! We can’t wait to go back!

This is a large, comfortable condo, very well equipped and managed. It's on the second floor with stairs to access so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Otherwise I would recommend it.

My family and I had a great time staying in Unit 206. The space is bright and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessary items. We also appreciated the management staff making sure that the lights and AC was turned on for us since we arrive late.

Large condo, lots of amenities, clean.

Great property, comfortable beds and very clean. We really appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. The condo did have a strange odor that lessened while we were there but never went away. Also, the master bath was infested with small winged insects despite that they sprayed for pests during our stay.

Our stay at Palms Wailea 206 was fantastic. The place was clean, spacious and ideally located in Wailea. We walked and ran to the magical beaches that are just 10 minutes down the hill often. We enjoyed having the kitchen and deck, although we ate out a lot. It was perfect for our family of four and we appreciated the hospitality of the owners. We definitely would rent it again!
