This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is immaculate and beautiful. Comes fully equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. It has approximately 1200 square feet of living area! This is the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in the complex! Please note, the A/C unit is only available in the primary bedroom.
Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.
The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. Vacation: Sunsets and Palms
The rental process was quick and easy. Found the price to be lower when you book straight with CBIP Vacations then Costco or other sites. The place is very well situated. The community is clean and quiet. The unit has a beatiful view of the ocean. Almost felt like being at a resort. The unit came with several beach accessories. The property was very clean. My advice would be that they make a few renovations to the bathrooms. Aldo, it would have been great if it came with a few seasonings and oils. Besides that, we greatly enjoy our stay at the Palms. We highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you CBIP for the wonderful time.

Huge condo with a great view.
We stayed for 15 nights and loved every one of them. The condo is massive, allowing our group of 6 to easily spread out. We had a few small issues during our stay, which is normal, and wich CBIP fixed immediately. The condo does show it's age (as most rentals on Maui do), but everything works and it was very clean.
If I had to make one suggestion I'd say change out the showerhead in the master 's time.

Unit 2202 palms at wailea

Great room. Had beach chairs and snorkel gear for us to use. glad each room had air conditioning in the condo we stayed at. Plenty of room in the living room and bedrooms. Very nice view from the balcony. Get a very nice view of the sunset near the pool area. Room 2202 was excellent, although I did visit other condos where some of my relatives stayed and they only had air conditioning in the master bedroom. Guess not every condo has ac in each room. we got lucky with ours!

While the complex was great and the views from the room beautiful, this condo could sure use some sprucing up. While the needed repairs did not hinder our stay, items of repair were certainly noticed i.e. chipped paint, scuffed walls, stained patio furniture cushions, dated carpet, dusty corners, items found under cushions, broken sink top in bathroom, sliding windows not working, uncovered electrical outlet in bedroom and dirty windows. With that being said the unit also offered many great amenities i.e. nice Lanai, big bedrooms, huge living/dining room, washer/dryer, full kitchen with everything we needed, ice maker, many extras like soap, dish soap, extra TP, extra paper towel, extra blankets, extra sheets, extra towels, six brand new beach towels, garbage bags. Nice little welcome packages with coffee, snacks and chocolates. The pros definitely outweighed the cons. The grounds were lush and very well kept and the pool was huge and not overcrowded. We chose to drive to the pool due to the proximity of our unit. Beach and restaurants are just a short drive away. Had to contact Management Company after hours upon our arrival because the unit driveway entrance is located around the corner from where google maps shows the address and they returned my call immediately and directed us right to the entrance and unit. Very helpful and so pleasant! We would definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to return to Maui!

Great space and location!
This condo was spacious and well stocked, with beach, chairs, towels, umbrella, and even snorkel gear. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight, as well as the beautiful pool! Walkable to the beach and accessible to any part of the island. Our family loved our stay at the Palms at Wailea!

This unit was very comfortable and spacious. The sunset views from the loving room picture window were amazing. The location in Wailea is convenient-so many incredible beaches nearby. The A/c units are a big plus-quiet and effective as it is hot. The unit could use some updates and the beds are not very comfortable/hard. Also the small allotment of trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap is a joke. Checking in was easy and management company responsive. The Andaz resort is nearby and fun for drinks or small eats as well as sunset views.

Great on site management company
There were several problems with this unit. I made calls to CBIP Vacations LLC as I discovered them and the management group were kind, helpful and courteous. Some repairs were addressed quickly and more serious repairs were scheduled to be addressed when we checked out. I would not ever rent that unit again but would return in the future to another unit where the owner cares about the quality of his property.

Great location at a reasonable price.

This is the 8th year staying at the Palms for us but the first in this particular unit. It is a great location and a nice quiet part of the development. The unit is showing its age a bit more than the one we usually stay in but that does not take away from its cleanliness and versatility. It is still a lovely home that is nicely decorated and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. One of the best features of these units is having your on BBQ in addition to being at the quiet end of the property. All in all a great place to stay.

Amazing View and Spacious Condo

We had an amazing stay, the view is incredible and we watched many sunsets from inside and outside on the lanai. The condo is super spacious with a large table, which was so nice for the kids to use for Zoom school. The beach was a short walk away and beautiful. The complex was private and quiet, perfect for our stay. The management took care of any concern quickly ( we needed a new can opener and the drain was clogged). We had a wonderful time in this relaxing and beautiful condo. We would definitely stay again!

Heavenly staycation

Fantastic stay at the condos during a month long staycation. All covid precautions were in place. The management kept us informed on all state policies before we arrived which helped us with a hassle free flight. The condo has a beautiful view, large windows throughout the rooms and everything you need for staycation. The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt, so are the reservation team and the concierge team. Location is fantastic, with walking distance to beaches, beach walks and a quick drive to all restaurants and shopping. 3 grocery shops are nearby.

Everything as advertised, and more!

Very spacious, gorgeous townhome in an upscale neighborhood, not far from the luxury resorts. The home is by-no-means new, but spotless. We were able to accommodate 4 people in two separate bedrooms with ease. The AC worked perfectly and was badly needed as the temperatures were in the 90's. The kitchen was modern, with every appliance and utensil needed for cooking and dining. One parking place out in front, nearby. The view of the ocean was distant, but nice. Perhaps, best-of-all, the unit had just about EVERYTHING (cleaning stuff, beach stuff, barbeque, on and on) to make one's stay enjoyable. Key-less entry is great idea. Extremely happy with our visit to the Palms!! Tourist tip: road to Hana; Haleakala; Lahaina town; and Maui Wine in Ulupalakua. Unforgettable? Haleakala...you are nuts if you miss this National Park!

Great location of large condo
After reading the last review, we were a little hesitant about renting 2202, but all issues have been addressed and corrected. All fans, air conditioning (not only in the master, but in the 2nd bedroom & living area) worked. The place was clean although still somewhat dated. The furniture on the lanai has been replaced with better furniture and we watched sunsets without getting up from our seats. The bathrooms were clean & all window coverings were in working order. The Palms is a well kept clean complex with security patrols. The parking spot is right across from the unit. If you have any problems during your stay, call the property management number you will receive within a week of your arrival and they will take care of things. The blender and 2nd bathroom hairdryer were broken and, after leaving a message in the morning, the property manager delivered brand new ones to the unit in the afternoon. We were expecting 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom as shown in the photos, but they were pushed together to create a king bed with appropriate bedding.

Nice location. Great view from the living room and lanai. Nice second-story lanai. Nice barbecue (grill) on lanai. When we asked the property manager for better cleaning tools, including a vacuum, was attended to within 24 hours. Washing machine was on it’s last legs but I think they’re buying a new one since we left. I would go back.

Great stay in Maui!

This was a very comfortable, well equipped condo. Would definitely come back. Service was great when we needed it.
The only recommendation I would have is to clarify the driving instructions to the condo from the airport- we ended up lost as the turn from Dairy Rd is not clear- certainly loved everything else��

Home away from Home
Wonderful, spacious, bright, quiet and clean unit. Covered lanai with BBQ was great and private. Pool, hot tub and grounds were meticulously clean. Walking distance to beautiful beach. Short drive to town (which was nice to be out of the crazy busy area) Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Maui

A family of 5 stayed in this nice 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. The furnishings are very nice inside and it is within a short walk of the beach (about 10 minutes). The ocean view from the living room is better than what you see in the pictures, and the sunset is amazing. The A/C was very quiet and really kept the place cool and comfortable during our stay (early September), and you could run it while sleeping and it would not disturb us (we are light sleepers). Enjoyed the place a lot, used the BBQ which was nice to have, and the management staff was friendly and responsive to our questions.
