Great Location

We had a great ten days in unit 2206. The location was very convenient with several restaurants being just a short drive away, and the beach only about a 10 min walk. The unit is nicely decorated with a little bit of an ocean view through the foliage from the balcony. It is an upstairs unit and best for those who don’t mind climbing stairs with luggage and groceries. We love Wailea and enjoyed the 5 mile walk each day along the beautiful resort path. The unit worked well for us, but it was VERY hot. There is only AC in the primary bedroom, and the rest of the unit was extremely warm all day and was difficult for some to sleep at night. There are fans which help, but be prepared for very warm indoor temperatures if you come in the summer. The property has a lovely pool and beautiful, well maintained landscaping. We would stay here again.

Wonderful condo!!!

Loved this condo—great layout, location, and thoughtfulness in the amenities and supplies. The kitchen was nicely stocked above and beyond with helpful utensils and appliances. Beach is an easy 10 min walk, other great beaches just a short drive. The unit was sparkling clean. Pool and grounds were lovely. Also, the customer service of the management team was excellent! They were helpful and responsive. Unit was as advertised. AC unit only in the master. Fans provided for other room which does get hot. Overall, So glad we stayed here. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Environment

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The check-in was easy and the unit is well appointed. The family loved the sliding windows in the kitchen and outdoor terrace. The terrace is a great place to enjoy the sunrise. An air conditioner in the second bedroom would be a really nice addition. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is an easy walk.

Nice 2 bedroom condo In convenient location

Nice, clean, updated condo
Location was convenient, nice neighborhood to walk or run, close to beach, shopping and restaurants
Only complaint no air conditioning. First day was a little hot since the condo was closed up and no fans or AC on. We tried the Air conditioner unit in master bedroom the first day but then gave up on it. Cooler nights helped keep it comfortable temperature.
Sliding glass door handle broken and difficult to open door. And the one window in the bedroom unable to open.

Nice experience

The place was clean. It only has air conditioning in the master bedroom. This may be common in Hawaii? but we would have liked it at least in the other bedroom. They had lots of fans set up. It is somewhat dated. The best part for us was the pool/hot tub. The location is perfect. It was not too far from everything we did. We only ate breakfast here but the kitchen has pans, silverware etc if you want to cook. We ate a few times on the patio. The view is very nice from the patio. The town is very fancy. We went to island gourmet many times and also safeway for snacks, etc. We drove up to Lahaina and the Hakeakala crater which is farther but worth it. We did not go to Hana. Kids took surf lessons in Kihei. I also recommend the chocolate tour in Lahaina & Leonas for a stop on the way for lunch.
