Wailea
The name PALMS AT WAILEA aptly describes the feel of this beautiful complex. Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer.
The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.
This fully air-conditioned deluxe unit (approx 1200 square feet) is immaculate and beautiful and comes fully equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with newer appliances and all cooking and serving items you will need to whip up meals at home.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own AC and TV and also access to the lanai. The en suite bathroom has a tub-shower combo and a huge vanity that makes getting beach ready a snap.
The guest room has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together upon request using a conversion kit to make a comfortable king bed. The second full bathroom is just off the guest bedroom and located conveniently for all to use. This one has a tiled walk-in shower.
Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.
Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Please note: The pool area will be closed September 16–19 for tile cleaning, sealing, and equipment repairs. It will reopen September 20 with regular hours.

We love the Palms

This was our 3rd time staying at the Palms at Wailea, first time in unit 303. It was as lovely as ever! Great location near pool, everything was clean, we love it here! Our only "complaint" was that I wish that boogie boards and a sun umbrella were included in the unit. The other units we've stayed in had those items. 303 does include beach chairs (6), and a cooler, but boogie boards and a sun umbrella would be very helpful! Also I wish the unit had more plastic cups and plates. Almost everything was glass, and with the tile floors and granite counters (and we have children) it made me nervous the whole time about breaking dishes. Anyway ,those are my only requests. We loved the unit! Beds are so comfy and it was great having plenty of laundry detergent, so we could wash our beach towels regularly. Thank you!

Wonderful!

This unit was perfect for us. We had also rented adjacent condos for a family vacation and it worked out wonderfully to be able to let the kids run on the lawn and play. The pool is very close. The complex is quiet and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay at Palms at Wailea

The unit wasn't cleaned when we checked in at 4pm. In addition, the cleaner (a very nice woman) advised us that the previous guests "destroyed" the bath towels so she would advise her boss and have new towels brought the next day. That, unfortunately, didn't happen so I had to call CBIP Vacations and ask again. By the third day of our stay we finally got the towels. Also, even though the unit was cleaned one of the bathrooms still smelled like urine. Also, had to call CBIP and ask them to send a maintenance person to oil the patio sliding door. These little things shouldn't happen and guests will remember. Otherwise, nice, spacious and air-conditioned unit close to the pool. The Palms at Wailea is also in a great location close to shops and restaurants and short drive to the beach. The little problems not withstanding, would I stay here again? Yes.

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at The Palms now 2 times and find the property to be a great place to vacation. This unit was well maintained and very nicely appointed.
The only things I would suggest is that the washer could use a maintenance, we tried to run a load in the evening and it does not sound like it is functioning properly like the belt is slipping resulting in a very loud screeching sound.

Palms at "Paradise"

This was the 2nd time we have rented this particular unit. We love the location and layout of this condo. It is ground level and close to the pool. The condo has it's own BBQ which is a bonus and is well stocked. Bed mattresses are hard and grumpy complex manager (re: kids in the pool) but I can't complain about much else. We were low on forks but the management company got us brand new ones right away. We'll be sure to rent through CBIP vacations again!

Palms at Wailea 303 review
My family has been going to Maui for over 20 years and we consider the Palms our home away from home. There are often two or more units rented by us at a time. I specifically choose unit 303 for the convenience to the pool for my mother and for the layout of the unit. The Palms is a wonderful place with gorgeous grounds, a relaxing pool and spa area and proximity to beaches, highway and shopping. In my opinion, it can’t be beat !

This is our Home away from Home...

First let me explain why we pick this area. It is close to Kam III, Makena Beach, and Ulua Beach. It is also a short walk to a Nice Store/Mall area with Restaurants and a general store and shops. There is a great walking path by Ulua Beach that takes you past Turtle town and other real estate that is very beautiful.
They you can walk to the Beach or to Moose's and Fred's (Taco Tuesday!!) or it is a short drive. There are great views for the Sunset which is amazing.
We love the resort! The Pool is very nice with a Jacuzzi,,, though the rules at the pool are not kid friendly and their is a Ground Manager who is all over you if you say, play a game. The rules are ridiculously against the younger kids. But we could still find a cool place to get out of the heat.
The Palms #303 was perfect for us. The kids got a room, we had our room and there is air conditioning if the bedrooms and the Main area, though we just used the fans in there most of the time. The place is super clean and the location is a 200 step or so walk to the pool. It is our favorite place to go.
A few things,
#1 If you are there for more than 5 days, you will need to bring your own supplies (Paper Towels, TP, etc...) they supply a minimal amount and they do not clean while you are there.
#2 There is a whole under the sink where Cockroaches and ants can come in, We only saw 3 in the kitchen but we sprayed the whole with Raid and it seemed to stop that. Hopefully that will get fixed. Ants are usually our own fault as we would throw fruit in the garbage, and if you do not throw the trash away each day... ants... but that is any place... buy zip locks.
These are minor compared to this great condo, we love our time there and cannot wait to come back.

Home Away from Home
Our family of 5 stayed for a week at Wailea 303. The unit was 1 minute to the pool and about 30 mins walk to the beach. We drove most days (5 mins drive) and it was not difficult to find parking at the closest beach. The beach was excellent for snorkeling, swimming, tide-pool, and relaxing walks. The unit was a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day and the kitchen and bbq area was well equipped. There is not much of a view from this unit, however. The only complaint we have of this unit was the uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom. Not sure how old it is but definitely has "valleys" and was v uncomfortable. We also wished the kitchen had more basic supplies such as kitchen towel, dish washer detergent and trash bags. We were asked to empty trash each day but there was only 1 trash bag! Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

Wonderful vacation spot

CBIP Vacations were excellent to deal with. We had some issues on the first day in terms of cleaning and the refrigerator was not working properly. CBIP Vacations could not have handled the situation better though. They were on top of it immediately, with a full re-clean, refund of our cleaning deposit, and a brand spanking new fridge replacement brought in on the same day, and a refund for our spoiled groceries. These two issues (which were complete anomalies) could have ruined our vacation but they were handled so well that by the next day they were forgotten. I would stay here again and again and highly recommend!

Beautiful condo! Spacious, well-maintained and well-stocked!

We stayed at this beautiful condo in January, 2018. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked with every kitchen gadget you could ask for. It also had snorkel equipment, beach chairs, noodles and kids toys to use and the lanai was large and lovely. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill but it looked huge and in great condition. It was nice to have the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It was also nice just to show up on our own schedule and use the keypad to get in—very private. The large gift basket they left for us was an unexpected delight. The only comments I would make for improvement are there should be more beach towels. The condo sleep 6 yet there were only 4 beach towels and they had seen better days. We managed by sharing and doing lots of laundry frequently (in unit washer and dryer great). Another thing that can’t be changed that was a bit disappointing is that there is no way to get to the beach from the property. The complex is up on a hill with great sunset views and the property is beautiful and well-manicured (those landscapers were working around the clock!). I walked down the hill to see if I could find a shortcut and the property is surrounded by a fence all along the bottom of the hill so you have to cut over to the sidesteeet and it takes more time. Someone should have thought that through when planning the property—maybe if renovations are done in the future, they could change it. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Wailea boardwalk which is farther than we would have liked. All in all though, this was a very nice place to stay and very private and quiet! I would recommend it!

Excellent Location, Beautiful Condo Everything You NEed
This was a perfect location and size of condo for our family. The kitchen and unit is well stocked, the layout is large and spacious & the updates are fantastic. The proximity to the pool is also great! The management company was excellent to work with, clear on instructions and communicated well. Spacious, clean, bright and beautiful!!! We will definitely be back again 🙂

Wonderful Stay at Unit #303
We have reserved unit #303 at Palms at Wailea for several years now for our annual Maui vacation. The unit is updated, clean, and located close to the pool and office. It is fully air-conditioned which makes a big difference during the warm summer days.
