It's an easy walk to the luxury 'Shops at Wailea and many fine restaurants. Five world-class golf courses and a tennis club are nearby.
Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

Great stay on Maui!

Loved our stay here during Spring Break. The condo was clean, well maintained and a great location - close to restaurants and the beach. The only negative is the washing machine in the unit is incredibly loud. (You wouldn't want to use the washer while you're sitting around the condo.)

My wife and I were very pleased to find this condo perfectly located, convenient to Wailea Village and restaurants, as well as close to highways for excursions to other parts of the island. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment needed for creation of gourmet meals. Pam was amazed that they even provided a Zester! I enjoyed the Sonos sound system, which made the occasional traffic noise fade away. A few minor hiccups (curtain in living room and dryer not working) were promptly handled by maintenance staff, who were extremely courteous. We enjoyed cruises for whale watching and snorkeling. We were fortunate enough to be there during peak season for Humpback whale watching, and it was an unforgettable experience. We could even see them from Big Beach, which was a beautiful sunset experience. Can't wait to return to Maui, and would definitely choose this unit again!

The location was very central to everything we wanted to do, our favorite beaches, shops and restaurants. The unit is well appointed, very clean and nicely decorated. Being at the back of the complex was nice and private but there is a bit of road noise to get used to, which we did. The floor fans create a nice white noise that blocks the sound of the cars! We'd stay there again.

Palms Maui

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Condominiums in Maui! I stayed with my roommate from college and we were looking for a laid back place and we got just that! It is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. I wish we would've cooked more because it is expansive to eat out in Wailea. The only negative thing about my visit (which we were warned about) was that there were a lot of spiders and bugs.

Tremendous Condo

My wife and I stayed here for the second time in two years. The condo has every amenity needed and the location is fantastic as its located in beautiful Wailea. Proximity was close to all activities and the updated condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager was always fast at responding to questions and we will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the vacation rental. It had all the amenities that we wanted: close to the beach, in walking distance of stores/restaurants, beach chairs and umbrella, and had a washer and dryer. We would stay here again.

Great place

This place is nice and well equipped. We had 2 adults and 2 kids 6 and 9. The pull out bed was perfect for them and having a room to ourselves was nice. The master bath is updated as is the kitchen and rest of the house....only complaints about the unit are the sliding screens on the doors were all falling off but I would assume they will fix those as it just changed ownership. Also the road noise can be a bit much in the evenings but we were not overly bothered by it. (we live on a culdesac)....
