The location cannot be beat! There is no other accommodation closer to the beach in Wailea! Start your day walking the famed Wailea Beach Path, which begins right out front! Enjoy every sunset on your private and spacious covered lanai with ample seating!
Able to accommodate up to 6 guests, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a large kitchen with Koa wood cabinetry, and a spacious living area with a brand new couch! The couch also folds out to a queen-sized sofa bed. Enjoy the indoor, outdoor living this condo offers with your own private, large, and covered lanai directly facing Polo Beach!
The primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and private entrance onto your lanai! The guest bedroom also features a King bed as well as bunk beds with a full guest bathroom. This unit is perfect for families and couples!
Polo Beach Club offers a newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi for guest use, an outdoor BBQ area with an herb garden, private access to Polo Beach out front with beach showers, free underground parking and 24-hour security. Polo Beach Club and Beach are non-smoking.
Starting December 1st, when you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach Club. The view is amazing and the condo had everything my family of five needed. The bunk room was comfortable for our teens and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gorgeous views. Quick walk along the beach walkway to the shopping area and for fun. Definitely want to return.

Beautiful paradise

We have stayed at the Polo Beach Club several times and our stay is never disappointing. This particular unit is beautiful with all the amenities that you could possibly need. The morning views and night sunsets that you experience from the balcony are majestic. We love how you take a few steps to reach the sandy beach and sit back and relax and listen to the waves. It's our favorite place to vacation and relax. We will definitely be back.

Condo unit 405 is front and center of Polo Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee from the lanai with sweeping views of the fantastic Wailea coast. We saw whales from the lanai in February. The condo is well maintained and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing Stay

Amazing stay. View from the living area and bedroom is gorgeous! It’s feels like you at the highest floor on a cruise ship. Ocean all around you. Kitchen is full with everything you need! Everyone who saw our pictures- they just ask where the dishes were made. We loved open floor plan! Very clean place. Everything neat and spotless. Main thing: it’s ride on the ocean and you don’t feel that moist or mildew smell, which usually present in the building next to the water. The best unit out of the whole building. It’s so convenient - few steps and you are on the beach. Also you are right next to the long trail which goes all the way beside the ocean. The CB Vacation is very responsible. Communication was great. They responded in a minute. Well we are very satisfied. Thank you for sharing this unit with people. We will definitely be back.

One of our favorite vacation spots!

We have stayed in this complex over 10 times. It is absolutely perfect for families. This time however, there was major construction going on that we were not advised of beforehand. The management company made it right by providing us a credit. We will definitely be returning.

Maui Vacation
Unit #405 was amazing. The view from the large lanai was spectacular. We saw the best sunsets, sunrises and even a few turtles swimming by. The place was very clean. We had everything we needed. We would highly recommend.

Polo Beach 405 (end of September)

OMG...We were two couples who rented PB #405 and it was a fantastic experience!! The view is one of a kind, a 360 degree view of the beach and ocean. The unit was so well equipped in the kitchen and Bed and baths. Very clean, comfortable and a view to die for. We would highly recommend POLO BEACH and this wonderful unit #405. Hope some day to return!!! It is as exactly pictured inside and out! Also the location was private but so close to restaurants and shopping. We could not have asked for a better condo unit and location.

Vacation Getaway
On Maui for a week for a getaway. We always stay at the Polo Beach, but this is our first time in this unit. It's wonderful! Convenient to everything, but to the south end of the strip of big, impersonal hotels with much more privacy and spectacular views.

A slice of Heaven

We had a fabulous stay at Polo Beach. We have been coming here since our now adult children were little, how can anything be greater than walking out your front door right to the beach and falling asleep to the sound of waves. The unit we stayed in had a perfect ocean front view, the remodeled kitchen was beautiful and very well appointed. There were chairs, plenty of towels, coolers and an umbrella for the beach. We love this area of Maui (Mekena/Wailea) because it's relatively quiet and if we decided to take any tours, Lahaina and Kaanapali are a beautifully scenic 40 min drive away. Grocery store, 10 min. Costco right near the airport to stock up. The Fairmont Kea Lani is right next door where we sometimes dined and made appointments at the Spa.
The property is always clean and well maintained. The only negative thing of this particular stay was the length of time it took to have the air conditioning fixed. To be fair we arrived on Monday and did not call until Tuesday morning, but by Thursday we did have to call again and they came right out to take care of it. Management and staff could not be nicer; we love Polo Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Polo Beach #405. We had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our breakfast looking out at the view while seated outside. The home was nicely decorated and would definitely stay there again. The beach front, and away from the hotels enough to feel very private. Loved it here!!!

We loved our condo with the wonderful oceanfront view! The location was beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom definitely need updated! The rest of the condo has been updated and is quite attractive! Having the Fairmont next door was a treat. They have a restaurant by the name Ko and is amazing! Ask for Andy as your server. He is wonderful in picking outstanding dishes that they offer!!

Polo Beach Club is just a perfect place to vacation! #405 is a wonderful condo overlooking the ocean. It is perfectly furnished & decorated. Falling asleep while listening to the ocean waves is just amazing. Josh at Guest Services was quick to respond to a wifi problem & it was quickly rectified. Leaving left us feeling ambivalent: happy to return to our families, but also wanting to stay in this paradise! We can’t wait to return!

The very best!

What a lovely place and the view was unbeatable. Very comfortable. Property manager was great and took care of our problem immediately (just some light bulbs). Would recommend this place. We enjoyed walking to the fairmont for dinner and the golf courses are right across the street.

Great place to stay
The Condo is as described. Easy instructions. It was ready when we arrived and the cleaning person was there at 11am when leaving. The sunsets are stunning on the Lanai. I really enjoyed snorkeling every morning. There is a small rock reef nearby that you can see a few fish and an occasional turtle. I enjoy this side of the island a lot . Much less traffic than Lahaina- you can walk to the Fairmont for a cocktail and some soft lounge music if you want, or sit on the Lanai make your own cocktails.

Perfect in every way!

Stayed at Polo Beach 405 for 4 nights. It was absolute oceanfront! A beautiful, well appointed condo and very comfortable for two couples. Walked several times to the Fairmont and enjoyed drinks and lunch there. A quick Lyft ride to the Wailea Beach Shops too. Can't say enough about the condo and the CB Island Vacation Staff. Every question or request was immediately attended to. The condo office on site were very helpful too. Would definitely come back to this condo and trust any recommendation from CB Island Vacations.

Great balance of fun and relaxation!
Family loved this unit. Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, but also can lay by the pool and be steps from the sand. Unit was well equipped and the view is spectacular. Management was available and responsive to questions and the one maintenance issue that arose. Quiet location, but the beach path provides access to the hotels, restaurants and shops in Wailea by foot if you want to leave the car at home. Perfect week.

Paradise Home Away From Home

Polo Beach 405 is our Over The Rainbow paradise! After the closing of Makena Hotel and stays at Four Seasons, Marriott and other luxury hotels, we made a decision to stay at Polo Beach 405 and it was the best decision! The location is superb and the condominium was perfect! The property description was accurate and the owner had all amenities perfectly stocked, even flower vases for our tropical flowers! Each morning, we had a memorable oceanfront breakfast and an inspirational run along the ocean pathway. After a great day at the beach, we would take a plung in the Polo pool and relax in the jacuzzi. The condominium is quiet and private. Take a trip to paradise and stay at Polo Beach 405!

Mid-Winter Break Getaway

Our family of four stayed at the unit in mid February 2018 and had a great time! We stayed at Polo Beach Club on many occasions and this unit by far is the best unit we have stayed at. The view of the ocean and the mountains is just wonderful. It is nice to wake up to the gorgeous tropical view and end the day with the beautiful sunset. The unit is well stocked with everything we need for the beach (nice chairs and lots of towels). Kitchen is also well stocked. The beds are also very comfortable. I think it is hard to compete with the location. The beach is perfect for boogie boarding. We snorkeled at the Polo Beach and there were beautiful reefs close to shore. I highly recommend this unit for a relaxing family vacation.
