Royal Kahana 407! Great location and ocean views! This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo has been nicely updated and offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! As you enter you will immediately be drawn to the views! The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living. Take in a quiet morning listening to the waves lapping or a magical sunset on your private lanai. Enjoy dining al fresco with seating for four.
The living space is inviting and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Maui. It features a flat-screen TV, a brand-new sofa sleeper and loveseat added in 2026, and comfortable seating for lounging or movie nights. The sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything the home chef will need, and the dining area offers seating for four.
You will be Maui dreaming! The primary bedroom offers a King bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and access to the lanai. The bathroom has a spa-like feel! With a vanity area and a beautifully tiled shower.
There is central AC throughout to keep cool all year long. A washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.
The Royal Kahana Resort offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a grand-sized pool area for guest use, upscale grill stations, and a fitness center on site. Bask in the sun at the pool or on the huge grass lawn, both with clear views of the Pacific. A large sandy beach is just yards away. An activities concierge is available in the lobby to help book your Maui adventures.
Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, you are just moments from dining and shopping. Whalers Village in Ka'anapali, and at Kahana Gateway Shopping Center just up the street. Four of Maui’s 14 Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.
The AOAO charges a nightly parking fee of $18 per day plus tax. This fee is paid directly to the front desk when your obtain your parking pass.

Incredible Views and a Perfect Location

Loved, loved, loved this place! The private balcony and view was my favorite. Lots of natural light and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean is unbelievable. Bed is super comfortable. Living room couches as well. Everything was updated, well maintained and clean. Beach is only a few steps away. Bus stop is right outside and we used it everyday. Very convenient. Communication with the host was quick and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations and communication from our host. The view was amazing and, no exaggeration, every morning, we saw turtles swimming in the ocean or rainbows when drinking our coffee on the balcony. Truly amazing!

We loved staying in this condo. It seemed bigger than the photos. The view from the lanai and bedroom windows is amazing. The interior seems like it was pretty new and in great shape. Well furnished and very comfortable. Great breeze and AC works great if it’s hot. We had a very minor maintenance issue that the management company responded to quickly and resolved. Beach is steps away and while we’re not pool people, the pool area is beautiful. There’s a well stocked market right across the street. Would stay here again and again.

Beautiful Ocean Views!

This condo was fabulous. Beautiful ocean views from balcony, living room and bedroom. The place was clean and well maintained. There was a basket of goodies in the kitchen and two great little baskets in the bathroom of body butter, lip balm, room spray and other hygiene items. All appliances were in good working order. Heated pool and a nice little beach. It’s Located in a quiet residential area. Mostly condos on one side of the street and private residences on the other. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Maui.

Ocean Views and Relaxing Stay

Had a great time on our trip. The condo was clean and nice, and in a great location. Easy access to a swimmable beach is always a huge plus, and isn\'t always the case with these rentals. The view from the condo was wonderful, and we had several nice evenings enjoying a cocktail and watching the whales from our balcony. I\'ve stayed at several condos in the past and this one also had far more available in the kitchen (blender, toaster, coffee maker, and any pots and pans, bowls and utensils you could ever need). We made green juice and breakfast every morning. I would definitely look into staying here again!
