Mind Blown!!!

This condo has an amazing view, a short 3 minute walk to Kam 1 and 2, stores, restaurants, and activities. The condo was well stocked and clean. The AC was cold and the unit would be great for families. You really can\'t beat the view and beach access.

Great for families!

Location! Location! Location! We enjoyed our stay in 206! The ability to be on the same side as the beach was key for us. Not having to cross the street and ease of access to the beach and pool were key to our stay. The unit is well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. We spent a lot of time snorkeling from the beach and saw a range of fish and came across turtles. Parking on site and the washer and dryer in the unit were definitely great for a full family staying 6 days. close proximity to some cool spots for food and shopping. The staff at the building and also through CB were attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and View

The location and view of this condo was superb. Kamaole Beach I is lovely. Great swimming, snorkeling, and plenty of beach to play or lounge on. The lanai was excellent viewing - not only a stellar view, but we could see the turtle resting on the beach and swimming spotted rays from our lanai. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries, ABC Store, etc - so convenient. . Exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean, well stocked, and worked for us. My tall teenage daughter was not super comfortable in the smaller than standard twin bed and the door to the lanai could use some help, but did not affect our vacation. The A/C was nice to have when it got muggy but it was pretty loud so would only put it on here and there, but it cooled the place down pretty quickly. We didn't use the pool much, beach was way too convenient. We only had to request beach towels which were delivered the same day - quick and wonderful service. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot

My wife and I took our mothers here for vacation.
Great location, condo was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We snorkeled with turtles everyday right next to the hotel. Nice view on the deck to enjoy the sunset and have morning coffee. I would stay here again.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our visit to Maui/Kihei. This condo has a beautiful view, right on the ocean! Wonderful sunsets and early morning views! Everything is within walking distance....restaurants, natural food market, shopping. The property management company was very helpful with a couple of concerns. The condo had most everything you need for your stay! It was comfortable for four of us and a 14 month old!

Idyllic getaway

We loved staying here. Everything inside was pristine and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The condo was nicely decorated and well insulated from noise. The location could not be beat! Incredible views from the lanai including sunsets and sea turtles, literally steps from a wonderful beach (Kamaole I) that was never crowded, and right across the street from groceries, restaurants, ice cream, souvenir shops, snorkel rentals, and cinnamon rolls. Kihei is also a nice central location to explore the island.

Ideal Kihei location

This unit's location is perfectly situated ON the water between Kam 1 and 2, and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Due to the location, unfortunately it was quite noisy most nights (quiet only from midnight to 6am). Master bed super comfy, and lanai shaded most of the day which was wonderful. Guest bath and bedroom left quite a bit to be desired - outlets in bath were broken, no storage in bathroom, bedroom windows and screens either broken or ill-fitting. Please consider removing some furniture from main room - way too cluttered for such a small space. And some higher lanai chairs would be perfect to help us non-tall people see over the railing easier.

Great Location

The location was great. Ocean/beach view. The ocean waves puts you to sleep. The unit is smaller than the pictures depict but we are there to spend time outside more than inside. The 2nd bedroom twin beds appear smaller and may not be ideal for grown adults. Property management called once and I had a concern but they never followed up. We would stay at this place again and recommend it visitors.
