Excellent!

I cannot say enough about this villa and our experience. The villa is beautiful, the location is perfect and the service was excellent. We loved our private plunge pool and being steps away from the quiet adult pool. This unit is also very close to the beach, where they will set up umbrellas and lounge chairs for you. The beach itself is lovely with soft sand and clear water. Sea turtles would come visit every day. Another huge plus for us was that the property was within walking distance of the shops at Wailea. It was so easy to go to dinner, shopping, or lunch without driving anywhere.Finally, working with the Coldwell Banker vacation staff was top-notch. They exceeded our expectations with helpful and expedient communication and service before our trip and throughout our stay.Would love to return again and again. Thank you!

Wailea Villas are the best. This was our 5th time staying here. Close to the best golf on Maui at Wailea Gold and Emerald. Our Villa had everything we needed for our vacation.

Beautiful Residence!

Beautiful residence……living room doors open to bring the outdoors in……heat lamps on outdoor grill were an added bonus. Foliage provided privacy despite location adjacent to pool access path. Beautiful flowers, basket of treats and tour by rental agent provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely lovely!

Beautiful Property

This was our second stay at this villa. It’s very well furnished, very clean, and comfortable. The property management was very helpful and friendly. We had a mid stay cleaning and they were also excellent. Highly recommended. It is time for a rug/sofa cleaning in living room but overall very clean. Small pool outside lanai was a big hit with all the small kids!!

Wailea Beach Villa oceanfront

This unit was great for our recent vacation with family. The shared space accommodated our group well for dinners and socializing. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Being so close to the pool and ocean was so convenient.
We had a few issues during our stay but they were addressed quickly by the maintenance team.
Mahalo for choosing to stay with us! We agree, this Villa's ocean front location can't be beat! Guests can choose to dip in their private plunge pool, take a stroll down Wailea's famous beach path, go snorkeling at the beach out front, or lounge on the lanai with beautiful ocean views! Our CB Island Vacations team is here for you throughout your stay, and happily available to assist with anything you may need. The property owners maintain their villa in excellent condition and are always responsive and quick to deal with any issues, no matter how minor they are. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at WBV. Our villa was conveniently located to the pool, spa, beach and masseuse. The staff was quick to respond to any questions and the concierge was very helpful. I would definitely recommend WBV for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Ultimate Family Vacation Spot

Ultimate 5 star property with the ideal location in Wailea (which is where you want to stay in Maui), but the panoramic views when you wake up and retire for the evening are breathtaking. Literally 15 steps away from the best hot tub in Maui. Enjoyed the short walk to shops and grocery...super convenient. Owner and real estate company were terrific to work with and great communication. Thanks for one of our best family vacations ever!!!

5-star all around!!!

WOW, this ocean front villa is incredible inside and out! You are footsteps away from the famous and expansive Wailea Beach. You have direct ocean views as you are truly ocean front. During whale season, you can watch the whales from your large lanai. The villa is more like a large 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, plus well-equipped kitchen, complete laundry room with new Maytag washer/dryer, beautiful artwork throughout and obviously professional interior design. Smart home with high-end audio visual to make your stay that much easier. We loved playing our own music with the built in room speakers and SONOS system. Another huge advantage for us; we have small children, but with the adult pool and spa directly in front of the villa no kids allowed under 18 but we had our own private plunge pool directly outside the lanai that the kids enjoyed with no age restrictions. We can't wait to return! 5-star all around!!!!

Fabulous

The unit was just as described and a nice respite to the hustle and bustle of the Maui crowds. The lanai was spectacular and the beds were heavenly. We stayed mostly at the adult pool. The shared beach at the Grand Wailea was a let down due to overcrowding. Having the high end shops and restaurants right there was great too!

Fabulous villa and best location! Close to the beach, great pool and hot tub just steps from the lanai. Well equipped villa with various kitchen appliances. We will be back!
