Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort on Wailea Beach that is directly adjacent to The Shops at Wailea. This exclusive mall features designer shops and fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor and The Island Market all within a stone's throw!
Please note per Wailea Beach Villas policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on property and may request a second vehicle permit on an as-needed basis. Visitors will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance to the Hotel. Any additional vehicles may be required to park off-site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle (based on availability).

Beautiful

Allison, Luxury Manager from the Coldwell staff, was unbelievably helpful in getting us checked in, and helping to accommodate some special needs for wheelchair storage.The rental itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the listing. The Beach Villas are a stones through from the shore, and the resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.If you are planning a stay on the Kihei/Wailea side, I would recommend this rental.

Incredible Support Team & Beautiful Location

The Coldwell support team was incredible. Allison, Luxury Manager, met us at the property and assisted us with managing some wheelchair accessibility needs. She was very kind and really made a wonderful impression.
The property itself is just like the photos. Incredible views, ample space, luxurious rooms and bathrooms. The resort itself is right off the beach, the pools were clean and refreshing, and the shops are just outside the lobby. If you\'re planning on a Wailea visit, I would recommend this unit.

Wonderfully appointed

The Wailea Beach Villas are amazing! It was the perfect mix of resort and peaceful for our family of 5. It had a nice kids pool and is an easy walk to the beach. The mega resorts are on both sides of the resort but you really feel peaceful here - no getting up early as chairs, towels, sunscreen and water are always available and there isn’t the commotion that comes with the big resorts. The beach access is great and the attendants set up chairs and towels -truly made it easy. The location is excellent. The beach is about a 5-8 minute walk and there are a wide range of shops behind the resort - from Crazy T-shirts to Prada and a typical tourist restaurant to the Pint and Cork (delicious!). There’s a grocery store as well - smaller selection than the Safeway in Kihei but prices are about the same. The space is wonderfully appointed with nearly everything you’d need for easy cooking -oils, spices, aluminum foil. We would definitely stay here again!

Graduation Celebration

My family spent a week here celebrating my twins graduation from college. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and we all slept well! The beds and linens were comfy. The host was lovely and greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of our accommodations. She was always very responsive and helpful. The adult pool felt almost like our own private spot. It was so relaxing and peaceful.

A beautiful, luxurious unit

We highly recommend this property! Gorgeous views from the fabulous lanai. Comfortable space, great bedding, kitchen. Beautiful pools, lawn space, beach and service for all. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We loved the exercise, but if stairs are a challenge, getting to and from the beach without cart help may be a challenge. Managers were super helpful and responsive. Beautiful place!

Beautiful
We loved staying at the Wailea Beach Villa!! It was just as described. Everything was there that we needed and loved loved loved the view. Walking down to the pools and the beach was my favorite part. The only drawback was that one of the showers didn't have as much water pressure as we thought it should. Other than that, it was all incredible and we would all love to go back!!

A whale of a time in Wailea

We traveled in January 2022 for a family vacation and were overall impressed with this property. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the staff are extremely friendly. The unit is spacious and luxurious and the lanai afforded daily whale watching opportunities and magnificent views. Luxury condo with the best views.

The condo was luxurious and offered premium ocean views from the Master and the lani. The condo is located right outside the luxury Wailea shopping mall. Every room was outfitted with high end furniture and decor. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Our family felt so at home here. You will not miss the high end hotels because this place offers you everything you need to feel as though you are at a luxury resort at the comfort of home.

I503 was very nice overall! Great patio and views of Wailea Beach! Had some trouble getting the grill fired up and also couldn’t get the electric range to work. Otherwise it was wonderful, clean and nice finishings.

Perfect condo

We had 5 adults in our party. This was our second stay at this property, and our first time in I503. This condo is fantastic! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with every imaginable appliance, including a s’mores maker. The beds were very comfortable and overall we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our visit. The views from both the interior and the lanai are stunning, as you can clearly see Kaho’olawe, Molokini Crater, Lanai, and the area of Maui leading to Lahaina. The WBV staff is friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation Rental
This is a great unit within Wailea Beach Villas, one of the 2 or 3 best as far as location goes within the Penthouse building. Having parking right next to a semi-private elevator is very convenient compared to resorts. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and never gets old. The unit is huge with 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The furnishings are in great condition. The resort is relatively uncrowned so finding chairs is never an issue and the pools are pretty empty. Access to the beach is simple and close and having chairs on the beach is nice. Walking path to other hotels is great. Having the Shops right behind the property is so convenient. While not inexpensive it is worth the money. Management company also very efficient.

Great Condo

Our family of 5 stayed here and had a great experience. The condo itself is updated and had everything we needed. Very spacious. Beds were super comfy which is important to me. The views from the lanai are spectacular- 180 degrees of beautiful ocean. Loved having a BBQ as some units do not have them. WBV is very convenient to everything including shopping and walking to all the hotels and other beaches via the beach walk. The only thing i would point out is that this particular unit is in the penthouse (I wasn't familiar with the WBV property when i booked it). The "villas" are closer to the beach and would definitely consider those for more convenience to the beach. Its an uphill walk each time you want to go back to your condo. NOt a deal breaker for us but would explore those options in future...

Location, location, location
This unit is located perfectly on the property - convenient to pools, beach, food and shopping. View is spectacular from patio with nice size patio and seating. We had four adults and two kids - worked out perfect.

Dream Family Vacation

From the panoramic views to the wonderful interior, this vacation property made us feel comfortable and relaxed while giving us so many great memories. The unit is stocked with everything you need and the resort property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The pools were relaxing and not too crowded. Having the Wailea Shops so close was so convenient and we loved the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within walking distance but one of our favorite meals was when we stayed in and grilled.
Dining on the balcony with the view can't be beat! We would rent here in a heartbeat and hope to be able to return someday.

Perfection in Paradise

We have stayed several times in the Wailea area and I have to say this villa was my favorite. The decor was amazing and they had all the amenities that we could have possibly needed. The management did a fantastic job as well. We were very pleased and I’m sure we will return.
