The kitchen maintains its original charm while offering everything needed to prepare meals at home, including full appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Recent updates in 2022 include fresh paint, new carpet, drapes, and select furnishings that add a refreshed feel while preserving the home’s inviting character.
Upstairs, both bedrooms and the laundry area offer comfort and convenience. The spacious primary suite features vaulted ceilings, a king bed, TV, private lanai, and en suite bath perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C, and a convenient powder room is located downstairs.

Important notice 1/5/26: The Pavilion Pool at Ekahi is anticipated to undergo resurfacing sometime between August 16 and October 16, 2026. While a formal schedule has not yet been confirmed by the Board, this timeframe is based on current projections and is subject to change.
All other Ekahi amenities, including beach access, fitness room, Pavilion facilities, and the three remaining pools, are expected to remain open.

The condo is quite a distance to the beach and poolside so it would be helpful to have a little wagon to transport beach/pool items. The electric bbcue worked very well and the only negative was the dirty floor. It seems someone forgot to clean that! Otherwise the condo was very clean and we had no bugs or issues. It is close to the street but the noise was minimal and you could see the ocean from the lanai. Overall a nice condo that met our needs.
Basic Retro did the job

We actually like the retro decor. It isn't the highest quality but it had a certain charm. The king bed was comfortable, as were the twin beds. Plenty of storage in the master bedroom, lots of hangers. The twin room could use a bigger dresser for clothes storage. Linens and towels were not the best but functional.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very quiet. There is no air conditioning in the rest of the unit but there are fans in the kitchen, dining, and living room and we were fine.
The lanai really needs new furniture. It has basic plastic furniture and we didn't want to spend any time out there. It needs to be made inviting and should be updated.
There were four beach chairs but no boogie boards which we would have appreciated. This unit is a little far from the beach - we loaded everything in our car and drove to the beach. It is a short drive with easy parking so it was ok.
This unit was inexpensive for a 2 bed 2.5 bath, so it was fair value.
