The Guest Bedroom features two twin beds with another private lanai off the bedroom in a garden setting. The guest bathroom has also been remodeled!

Fabulous condo!

Wonderful condo with even better views! This is the perfect location if you don’t want to stay at a busy crowded hotel. So private and quiet, yet so easy to walk to all the restaurants and the beach in Wailea.

Location is perfect, an A+. The unit itself has a phenomenal view, and we would stay here again. (furniture and carpets are a bit dated, the insects definitely made an appearance or two ... or three). All in all, we would give this place a good score. We really love the location, patio, the kitchen was in good shape. Working with CBIP Vacations was a great experience. Next time we visit in Maui, we'll aim to stay once again in this unit.

Perfect vacation getaway!

We love this location and have stayed at this complex several times now. This unit was beautiful and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. Typically a bed will make or break my stay after a long fun day you want to rest comfortably. I loved that these were not soft and sagging mattresses. My husband and I slept great every night. The family room was bright and comfortable for the family to hang out in the evening and we spent every morning on the deck relaxing and enjoy the morning view. We would recommend this unit to friends and family. They even had three beach chairs to take with us to the beach. There were also beach umbrellas but we didn’t find them until we were packing to leave. They had been placed under the master bed. No complaints we had everything we needed.

"A Perfect Stay: Comfortable and Convenient!

I had an excellent stay at this place! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions and requests. The location was perfect - it was close to all the local amenities and attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this placeb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our Maui Stay

Apartment is modern, clean and was able to accomodate our family of 5 comfortably. View is beautiful. Many beaches are a 2-5 min drive and they are awesome, walking to the beach is more than possible but I would expect it's a big slog back up the hill without car - but with car is easy and parking was always availble at world class beaches

Amazing place to stay!

We had an amazing time in Wailea. The condo is spacious and beautiful. The view from the large patio is breathtaking. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the mall and alot of restaurants. Also a short walk to Hotel Wailea and Four Seasons. We drove to the public beach and it was perfect. You could probably walk too. The area around the condo is green and lush. Highly highly recommended this condo. Can’t wait to come back!

Wailea Ekolu #502 Great place to stay!

Great location. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. You can actually see whales from the balcony with binoculars. You need to be aware that in the guest room you can hear some road noise, but this does subside at night. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Maui!

Million Dollar Views

Pictures co not do this unit justice! The views are absolutely spectacular and we found it hard to peel ourselves away from the lanai. The unit was clean, adorably decorated and the bedrooms spacious. There were 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teenagers, and with the fold-out couch we had plenty of room. The location of this complex is perfect, and its walkability to shops and dining ( Akamai Coffee has phenomenal breakfast!) is perfect! Lovely stay, highly recommend and would absolutely rent again!

As Good As the Photos!

Before we even arrived, the CBIP Vacations staff was very accessible, patient and helpful! The property had a great view, was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach and was well equipped for our stay! There was a little noise from a nearby busy road. Would definitely go back!

Perfect, scenic getaway

If you want a change from the resort experience (and all the fees that go with it), can live without direct beach access, this condo is the perfect remedy for some peace and quiet with a stunning ocean view. We enjoyed doing a little cooking during our stay and having a full kitchen made all the difference. Amenities like beach chairs were a plus as well. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, amazing view, and well appointed kitchen. Carpets needed replacing (they were pretty dirty)and the master bathroom to be renovated. But overall satisfied and happy with the stay.

Marvelous Maui Accommodation

The property was as it is pictured and very well stocked (kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler). It is also very well located near the Shops at Wailea which is great for shopping and picking up groceries or food for the beach. Mgmt company was great. They accidentally locked us out the last day but replied within 5 minutes to an email! The sunset views from the balcony each night were a highlight. Only two recommendation - the carpet could be updated and a gas BBQ on the balcony would be more convenient.

Super location, the view is wow. We just came back, end of october the sun is down around 6 pm. It would have been nice to have an ambiance ligthing outside instead of those 2000 watts lights. For us to enjoy dinner outside. The rest is just well appointed, and just like the photos

Perfect Oasis with a view!

This was a fantastic rental and pictures didn't do it justice. It was even better in person. WE couldn't have asked for more. Short walk to shops at Wailea and looks like some new restaurants even closer. Perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were accessible and very helpful and everything we could ask for.

There were five of us ages 16-53 who stayed at this condo. The view was spectacular! The condo was well equipped, decorated beautifully and quiet. We typically drove to the beach from there. We also utilized the pool. We'd stay again!

Splendid vacations

We had a marvelous time in Maui, june 2018. The condo Ekolu 502 met all of our expectations. Clean, confortable beds, AC, well equipped kitchen, plenty of linen and towels and bathroom supply . The view is fantastic, as seen on the pictures. Had every meal on the balcony...the scent of the plumeria flowers in the trees was great. Well located in Wailea, and a short walk to the shops in Wailea . About 15 minutes walk to the 3 dififerent beaches, but with nice trees and flowers along the way. there is also a free parking lot at ULUA, KUPULEA beach, and we always had a spot. Great snorkelling at ULUA Beach, turtles included ! We highly recommand this condo in Wailea, which is a good location if you want to travel on the island. Grocery store about 7 minutes by car.

Conference attended at another Hotel

We had a wonderful time at Ekolu 502. The place was clean and well appointed. The couch is really comfortable! The view is spectacular and just above all of the hotels along the strip. It was really convenient to drive down there and attend a conference in the am and be back at the pool in the afternoon. The beds and pillows were less comfortable and the configuration of the light switches in the place were the only small annoyance. Had a great stay!

Sun and Surf versus Snow and Ice

Aloha,
we had a great vacation; Condo is the way to go, especially when there are children [and even sweaty adults]. Everyone had a bed or at least, at huge side is one; two bathrooms were very convenient. Even though we opted to eat out most of the time a kitchen is a great asset. Breakfast with a view was precious with bird, cloud and wave-watching! After our ongoing six months of Canadian winter the flowers, the hedges of Bougainvillea and Hibiscus were especially thrilling.
Our daughter came armed with a folder of "things to do" so we could check the weather forecast and decide which adventure we would embark on. The children, ages 6 and 10 loved the beaches, didn't mind the walks, etc. since there was so much to experience and learn. If there was one thing we regretted was the lack of orchids. Where were they? We tried to make up for that by visiting the Ioa Botanical Gardens on our last day. Arrived at 4:02 pm and were told they close at 4 pm. The walk would take an hour – so sorry! We didn't think we looked so old that we couldn't do it in 58 minutes. Too bad!
We much appreciated the use of the beach chairs, towels and toys but had not seen the umbrella which would have been a treat! We left the Boogie board for the next water enthusiasts!
Initially, we had a bit of trouble finding the
location and it would have been difficult at night! Somewhat disconcerting was the fact that the code # would not let us in! A call to management solved that quickly.

Great View! Ekolu condo with fantastic remodel!

Our family just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable 5 night stay at Ekolu 502. This second floor condo has been beautifully redone - especially the kitchen! - and offers all the amenities needed by visiting travelers. It's clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, awesome washer/dryer combo and of course the high speed wifi and TVs (perfect for the inevitable February rainy day). And how could we miss talking about the great view from the Lanai!?! We saw whales in the distance every day! The condo location is convenient as well - a few steps to the complex pool, and a short walk down the hill to several beaches and resort complexes. With the nicely separated second bedroom + bathroom, this condo is perfect for families. Just two things to mention - given proximity to the main Wailea access road, car noise can often be heard. And we wished there was a beach umbrella available as well - it can get hot on the beach. 😉

Mahalo to the owners for quick & efficient service and also the nice gift basket that was delivered on arriving! It was a very nice touch and much appreciated. We look forward to coming back next year!

fantastic! on site staff extremely responsive to all issues that arose. had a problem with master bedroom AC unit and the entire unit was replaced with a new unit within 24hrs of onset. 502 was spacious, well decorated with thoughtful practical and cosmetic touches throughout. fantastic ocean view and sunset view. only complaint is wish property had a hot tub
